I just purchased this CyberPowerPC computer about two weeks ago. It arrived from Best Buy in a couple of days and the box held up well without damaged. A good start. The PC was packaged very well from CyberPower. Everything stayed intact. I really liked the insta-foam material inside the pc which kept everything in place. Instructions that came with the pc was very clear having you physically check the pc, components, and cables to make sure all are in place before powering up. Doing an inventory, everything matched up physically compared to what is sold and nothing was missing or missed matched. One thing i liked about this particular pc is that there was hardly any "bloatware", unlike the big box company that are loaded with bloatware that you end up having to spend much time uninstalling. After initial setup, the pc ran smooth and quiet. So far it handling all the programs that i need to run. It is very quick and responsive. The RGB lighting is nice as this is the first time i have had this feature. The one main downside to this pc is the cpu cooler. I wanted to see the idle/load temps since this came with a normal/standard air cooler. I loaded up CPU-Z and HWMonitor. Used CPU-Z to stress the CPU and HWMonitor to see the temps on all cores. Idle temps were around 35C while loaded at 100% ran upwards to 100C. Mighty toasty while loaded i have to say... Now i don't know if the cpu will get this hot while doing gaming... depends on the individual game stressing the cpu or not... but i wanted the temps to be lower, especially on the loaded end of the spectrum. So i ended up getting a Corsair iCUE H100i Elite Capellix 240mm from Best Buy. After install, reran the stress test, now my temps are as follows - idle 30~31C and 100% loaded on all cores resulted in 64~69C. That's a 30C or more drop on the loaded end. Much better for sure. The PC would have been ok with the standard cooler but i know have a cooler that i know will handle any loads and keep its head cool. There are only two things that i will upgrade down the road and they are the NVMe and Video card. For now they are fine. The Nvme is a Gen3 500GB which i will go to a Gen 4 1TB. The motherboard will also do Gen 4 NVMe (note: Gen 4 NVMe will only work with 11th Gen Intel which so happens is in this pc) and a upgraded RTX 30XX series card when you can get one that is. This pc is a solid build for the price. The build of this pc is clean with wires tied down and organized as they should be. If you need a solid PC, I would definitely recommend this unit. You will be able to upgrade from this platform in the future if you need more power in graphics and storage capacity. Keep this pc on your short list.

This is my first pc and i love it my only issue is the colors for the fans dont work right which isnt really a big problem but with my fps. I was running a game called hll and i have solid 80-100 frames a day or two after gettibg the pc and playing the game on it my frames crashed dramtically down too 15-20. Now i am playing a game called rust which i have a decent 60-70 frames but my friend has the same prebuilt as me and he runs 80-120 frames no matter what. Ive tried to do alot of things too fix this problem but i just dont know. I dont want too feel like i wasted money on it but i also dont have the momey for the upgrades can someone tell me why i am experiencing this problem?

Amazing Computer, I only had it a short while and I already like everything about it. I will soon write a detailed and more information as time passes and able to give a more accurate review. setup was easy and fast, came with all the needed equipment and I'm actually planning on getting a 2nd one for my wife.

Bought this to run games and other day to day tasks. Works great! Runs very fast, and I have yet to have any issues with download speeds or anything like that. The graphics card inside is also a plus.

Great PC for the price, great graphics, I can run almost any game at 120FPS with zero resolution lag, some games have mods and other attachments to them that can effect the game quality.

Bought for teenage son who plays WOW and other games on it. He loves the graphics and that it does not lag. So far it is powerful enough to play his games with no problems.

I love this PC. It was an excellent buy at a great price and is exactly what I wanted and needed to play the games I love. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

Easy set up and costs as much as it takes to buy its parts and assemble yourself. LED lights come with a remote to alter color schemes and overall runs like a dream.

great pc with an easy set up. was pleasantly surprised with how powerful it is for the price. Haven't run into a game that it wont play well yet.

This PC by CyberPowerPC is a great starter if you are new to PC gaming. It was very easy to set up. It runs COD Warzone with no issues at all!

Our son is very pleased with his new CyberPowerPC! He uses it for Gaming and school. Much faster than his laptop and can do so much more on it!

I had been searching for gaming desktops for a while now. Finally I found this one, not too pricey yet it still has way better specs than my old computer did (which cost way more than this desktop did). I could hardly run any games on my old computer, but with this one I'll finally be able to play all these steam games I bought and start having fun. I mainly play The Sims 4 and with this desktop it runs so smoothly and the graphics are great. Compared to what I was used to before, this pc is spoiling me!

great computer for a fair price, great intro computer for video gaming with decent graphics and love the rgb lighting.

An awesome PC for the price! It’s build well but I’d recommend upcoming the cooler fan to a Cooler Master! Great value.

I was not expecting the computer to be this fast! I originally had an old laptop from 2016 that was starting to slow down considerably, and this was more than I could have possibly asked for. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for any first-timers wanting to buy a gaming PC. It handles everything and anything you throw at it, whether it be modern games, 4K video, or streaming. The SSD is a day and night difference compared to an HDD, it makes life so much easier.

This desktop is great in terms of performance, heavy, big, and should definitely be used with an ethernet cord.

amazing price for what you get haven't had any issues so far and it is very quite unlike some other pre built pc.

Super fast, very good graphics. My son loves it, I am impressed with the quality and speed of this pc.
