While i ordered this the memory was small i was not told i could get a bigger memory upon purchase and they gave me a stronger graphics card then what was supported by the case so it overheats way too fast for me to enjoy the games that i had intended to use with this. But none the less it is still a good computer and the memory can be increased and a new fan put it to help airflow, And while the staff was pretty minimal for the building size they were still very helpful.

Great looking PC, and it was a super easy set-upright out of the box. Good deal for what you pay.

Easy setup, not too big on space, and very cost efficient for anyone who's into pc gaming.

So far it performs as expected. Good value for the money. Still can't run the best of the best but for the cost it's an above average gaming set-up.

Had this PC for over a month now, and been very pleased with it overall. It runs games very smoothly and handles multiple programs open with no issues. I gave it a 4 on Ease of use because I had a couple of issues setting it up - my Windows license wasn't working at first, and I had no idea what the Wi-Fi antenna were (some instruction there would have helped). However, since then I've been very pleased, so it gets a 5.

I bought a similar prebuilt PC from a worthy competitor and could not get it to work out of the box. Most likely not the norm, but I ended up buying this one from Best Buy and it works great. I've built several PC's over the years but it was actually cheaper to buy this prebuilt than buy its components separately. So far, so good.

Really fast no fps drops on my games, very consistent frames and easy to setup.

I have always loved CyberPowerPC products. The PCs are well made and run great and last for years. Their customer service is great. You have questions they will be more than happy to help. My first gaming desktop was from cyberpowerpc that I have had for the past 8 years and still going strong. I just upgraded and I couldn't be happier. Great quality for great value.

Fast and good starting computer for gaming Easy start up

This pc works amazing! i wrote this review because it said im getting a gift card for writing it as well. this pc is super silent, most silent ive ever had. i recommend it as it outperformed my old rtx 2060 hp omen laptop. Ive been having a blast and just bought some storage for it. it even comes with a free keyboard and mouse which is great :).

You get wht u paid for the gpu seems a little lacking for the price but the cpu is amazing 16gb of ram is lit and the ssd is pretty fast but u will wanna buy another hard drive cuz 500 for gamings pretty small. Oh and it doesnt crash like the other cyberpower one I bought hasnt crashed once so far since i got it system wise.

Almost everything works great so far. Shipping was fast and easy. The only issue I encountered was Windows saying that Windows 10 Home wasn't activated on the system. The issue was easy enough to troubleshoot, but still an unseen roadblock. Great computer. I have had it for roughly a month and it has not only worked perfectly but excelled my expectations! I love my PC and I highly recommend it! It works not only for games like Valorant but doubles as a good work PC that runs every program I need it to run smoothly without any issues!

Good pc, it works very well with the software that I am using and I liked the price.

Very happy with this purchase, had for about a week now. I bought it for its specs that meet my requirements, (not big into gaming yet, this seems to have credentials to play pc games well for my needs.). The hardware, (motherboard, cpu, memory, graphics card, power unit) in my PC are great.

The PC came with a Cooler master RGB CPU Cooler; however, given the i5-11600KF's TDP of 125w, my CPU sometimes shoot up to 92 Degree celsius during intense gaming + streaming. I had to replace the cooler with a Noctua Nh-12s. I highly recommend changing your CPU cooler if you plan to use this product heavily or for a while. High temperature would throttle and reduce the performance of your CPU.

After recommendations from a BestBuy employee, we went with this PC. I was unfamiliar with CyberPowerPC but I am very happy with our purchase. It's going to be great for gaming, work, and our daughter's school when she's ready to begin using it. Thank you so much for a great product.
