2 broken pcs

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this cyberpowerpc and within 5 minutes on the Valorant tutorial, it would shut down and give me a CPU over temperature warning. Not knowing much about pcs, I wanted a pc that was already ready to play and didn't require any touch ups. I read a couple reviews about cyberpowerpcs and heard that others with this issue had found issues with the heatsink. Given my limited knowledge about pcs, I opted to exchange this pc with a new one of the same model. When the second cyber powerpc arrived (the same model), the 3 external fans would not run. I tried going into BIOS but with to no avail. Again, with my limited knowledge about pcs, I had to exchange it again. I opted for an IBUYPOWER pc, and hopefully I'll have better luck with that one. Overall, from the little amount of time the first pc actually ran, it ran pretty well. But having 2 of the same models of cyberpowerpcs come broken back-to-back, I would not recommend this to someone who does not have much knowledge about pcs. If you do know how to fix these issues, then it seems somewhat decent of a pc judging from the limited amount of gameplay I got on it.
