I purchased this item as a gift for my daughter for christmas. She was very vocal about wanting a PC for her gaming. The packaging was great it came with a bag for the PC, so far it runs smoothy, the PC can run all the games she plays smoothy with no glitches, the keyboard is also a nice touch since it lights up white, overall im really happy with this purchase ! After owning this product for over a year, I can say that I am very satisfied with my experience. There hasn't been any real problems in the time that I have owned this PC. The staff here is also very great and offered very good recommendations for me when I was deciding early on.

I literally know next to nothing about computers and setting one up. That being said this was my 3rd Cyberpowerpc and is the best one yet. The build is beautiful, the wiring is amazing and it is so quiet that I cannot hear it when its on. It booted right up and windows 11 did it's thing. Everything runs so smooth and the only game i have tried on it (Fallout 4) ran beautifully. My only negative about the pc is the Aura software to control the RGB lights does not seem to work and I did not get a component list that would enable me to determine what software to download from the drivers support page. I bought mine through Best Buy so i could pick it up at the store as I live in a large apartment building and delivered items frequently go missing. The whole purchasing and pick up process was effortless.

The computer was super easy to set up and runs great! I’ve been able to play with friends and run virtually every game with ease! Amazing price for the parts and I highly recommend for people wanting a computer.

Great buy and a good price. Easy to add hard drives for more space. Unit runs quietly and plays games from Steam, Xbox, and Battlenet with ease.

Cooling is a problem. I ran Photoshop, attempted to have mover 20 images open, or ran the Sims 4 on Ultra graphics settings and the PC will crash every time. So I looked at the fans noticed they were ALL on exhaust! I switched the front two to intake and monitored temperatures and saw a small decrease in CPU temperature. I went into BIOS and made sure the fans were running at full speed. My CPU temperature is still too high and so I had to resort to being less productive on Photoshop and reducing the settings on games -- which goes against the point of having such a powerful graphics card. I'm pretty disappointed, however, this PC is still a great value with all of the top notch components it has. I plan to purchase a liquid cooler soon and try going ultra on graphics again. I also plan on installing more storage as I am used to having an SSD for just my games and heavier programs such as Photoshop.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new Cyber Gaming Computer. For the past 2 years, I've always wanted a gaming computer that makes my games look amazing and easy to operate. This product surpasses what I hoped for. Definitely recommend to any and everyone.

I had doubts about which pc to choose since it was going to be my first one so I decided on this model and from the first day I had no problem using it, also the way to install it was very easy and it was ready to use immediately

Good computer but every so often it overheats and quits games youre playing or restarts altogether. Had to take the glass panel off so it would cool down and havent had issues since

Great PC for my sons gaming play. Graphics are great and it is really fast. No complaints at all. Very easy set up.

I bought a CyberPower gaming pc for my daughter at Christmas and she liked it so much that I bought one for myself. My son got one 3 years ago and he played it almost every day with no issues. We all love this pc, as it has all the good components to make it a great pc especially for the price. I am sure you can get a better gaming pc BUT you will have to spend ALOT more money and if you're a casual gamer like me and my family you can't beat the specs on this computer.

Great Build for a beginner, pretty good for gaming too, get like +400 to +500 FPS on Fortnite with low resolution, can get a little noisy sometimes but this wouldn't be a problem at all.

Good PC well worth the price paid, put if you can affordit building one is always better

This computer is Flawless. The lights are beautiful and very entertaining to watch. Its speed and performance is amazing. For it to have 4 running fans it is still really quiet. The glass side panel is amazing as well. I love being able to see inside. I would highly recommend this computer to other gamers. They have a large variety of patterns with the lights on the inside which is really cool.

if your looking for a good rig for a lower end budget, i highly recommend this pc. i bought this mainly for warzone, and it runs it at 1080p on high settings with very high frames no problem, also runs rust & many other titles with no problem don't let the i5 fool you this thing is a beast for its price, seeing that parts are hard to find or overly priced, Good job cyber power !

I made a very good purchase with this PC, everything on it is amazing. First day I got to play dying light 2 and it ran great on high quality. I have not had any issues whatsoever except the cpu getting a little too hot sometimes. It does have an ssd but it is easy to upgrade to a hard drive since the brackets are in the back. I would recommend this to anyone.
