Purchased as a gift for my son. Using for PC gaming, VR, and entertainment with no issues whatsoever. It came fully loaded with everything he needs and has capabilities for upgrading and adding on. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

This is a good desktop, overall it is amazing for gamers. Or regular people it runs a lot of fps good choice.

The PC s an amazing, it did not require any setting up. For my first PC this is amazing.

Very good gaming pc, runs most games consistently over 120 fps, no problems after a month of use.

Overall computer was great as my first starter gaming PC. Loved the lights, keyboard and mouse that it came with. The only problems I had was that it was missing two screws on the glass panel, but no big deal since the leg was holding up the glass panel. Another problem is when first start up the PC, windows wasn't working, but it was a easy fix with tech support.

Had minimal issues, decent for the price I payed for it.

Looks cool. Like the rgb. The glass front needs to be vented with cooling fans pulling in air. I do plan on upgrading and modding the pc a bit.

I purchased this bundle about a month ago. This set has been a great purchased. I am very much enjoying it.

Runs very smooth for high graphics games like cod and Fortnite. Only issue is there are connectable antennas for WiFi but I feel like they don’t really work as well as they should. When downloading games I barely reach 50mbps and my latency is always in the 100’s

The CyberPowerPC is absolutely amazing. It has really enhanced my gaming experience. The colors in the system are beautiful.

My daughter helped me to choose a new computer. It is very pretty with all the lights. So far I am loving it!!

I like everything about it. The only downside is about packaging. The way it was packaged made it so easy to fry your motherboard. Removing it from the box with the Styrofoam made so much static electricity. Only giving it 4/5 due to the lack of an ESD safe package.

I bought this for my son, he is realy happy with his PC. This is a good option for a first gamers PC.

Awesome starting system, packed super well. Only complaint is I purchased the express mail delivery, and it didn't show up on the day I paid for.

Trash.. got the pc on April 3rd from UPS. Was excited because ive been wanting a gaming pc for a good price with good specs and this one caught my eye. So i got the pc then try to set it up today April 5th and notices that the back side of the pc where the ports are was bend and ports for the wifi antenna weren’t properly installed, they were more pushed in to the tower. Then on top of that PC power on then off.. took it to the geek squad for them to try to power the pc on and say “hey we have to options for you. You could get a new one for the exchange we could see if we have one in store or get your money back”. So i just got my refund back i will never buy a gaming pc from best buy again nor will i order it online

I bought this PC for my son for Christmas 2023. He had no problems so far until this. First issue: RAM was loose. Second Issue: WIFI was poor. 3rd: After 9 months with the motherboard died. Took it up to Geek Squad, shipped it out, and said I needed to buy a replacement. Im going to HP Omen. Hopefully, this won't die. Once again. DO. NOT. BUY.
