Got the computer, hooked it up and it ran great at first. Ive had it now for about 3 weeks, havent done much with it as ive been traveling, but went to turn it on today and it wont work. Powers on, partially (no power to the keyboard), and displays nothing. And yes, ive messed with all the display settings and turned everything on and off and checked all cables. I always have it on a surge protector, no virus issue to cause it, computer just crapped out, a week after the return period. Do not buy!

This was my first time ordering a fully setup PC, so I was a bit wary, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I bought this as a replacement for my older PC which needed some parts upgraded and I decided to just update everything with this build. Setup out of the box was very easy, just plug it in, make sure everything is attached as it should be, and you’re good to go. Everything has worked wonderfully so far, and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Combined with Best Buy’s warranty and Geek Squad service I think it’s essentially unbeatable when it comes to value. If I need to upgrade again in 8-10 years I’ll certainly be looking here again.

Love this PC it was very easy to set up and has a cool look to it. I haven't gamed in a long time and am just blown away at how fast and good everything looks. Also I bought it for $800 and it went on sale for $720 and I went in and they gave me the $80 difference with something called a price match which the employees there told me about when I bought it originally. I'm very happy with both the product and the customer service. Thanks!

Honestly, been using this pc for a few months. So far, perfect for its price. I had it prepared at the store and when I got home it was super good to go. Would recommend as a nice and cheaper prebuilt gaming pc with good starter specs.

I have been reviewing a starter gaming pc for my son for over a year. When this item became available it checked all the boxes of what I was looking for. Once we unboxed it, it was very easy to get it setup and we had it up and running in less than 15 minutes. My son has a ps5 but ever since the gaming OC got setup he has spent far more time on the pc. This makes me happy not only because he’s gaming and using the pc for browsing and learning how to use the overall computer but it also means I get to play on the ps5 now!!!

I've had this CyberPowerPC for around 2 weeks and so far, its running great. It runs and handles my games well. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a gaming PC.

I went to the local best buy wanting a decent gaming PC for a good price. The associate there was happy to help me. I asked a few simple questions and he pointed out this PC for me based on my needs. I went for it and took it home. I got it all set up and its been 1 day now. However, there have been no hiccups, buyers regret, or stress in setting up. I was delighted to see it had a mouse and keyboard even though I had one. I love the aesthetics and based on the spend to quality ratio I feel very happy so far with how its running. The Terabyte SSD is awesome. 16RAM fits my needs as far as I can tell. It is running my old Oculus Rift just fine. PC games are smooth. I am happy.

I brought one awhile back to start out on for gaming and I recently brought this one for my buddy an let me tell you guys this, if ur looking for a great entry lvl pc this one is fantastic, work great and plays games great I would highly recommend this to anyone and your really not over paying like most pre built. This is a very good budget pc!

Fire PC. Always been a console player and wanted a pc that wasnt too expensive. So far runs Valorant, Overwatch and Apex on max settings averaging 130-140 fps. Recommend you get your own keyboard and mouse though.
