I bought this one because my last one stopped working. It was easy to set up. It's fast and nice looking. I was happy with the service I received while buying it and do a lot of business with Best Buy. Thank you for the recommendations really happy with it so far.

Great choice! For the price. BestBuy also gives great discounts. All games at the highest settings. The only thing that I immediately recommend to buy additionally - RAM, and your computer will not require upgrades for a long time. Design - looks great in the workplace.

Already had to take item in for repair cause it kept crashing. Best Buy took it in immediately and got it fixed. Pretty easy fix.

it works quite well, i’m able to run a lot of different games with the graphics all the way up and no lag. it does seem to lag a bit when i’m messing around with the files application, which is a bit odd but not noticeable enough to take down a star. great for gaming overall!!

Great computer and great graphics and video capability for television and internet programming. Great customer service and advice by the sales representative. After I explained what my future uses would be, was given good advice to get the best performance and horsepower from the computer I chose, still got a good deal on price.

Good computer but it did not meet my needs otherwise a fine machine

It's a great starter PC, I'm finally able to check out gaming titles that I've been interested and dip my feet into the world of computing. The process of picking everything up was quick and easy too. The woman at the pick up desk was friendly and very helpful with the questions i had, very pleased with where I went for this purchase

Really good PC with great graphic and processing speed

For a semi-budget gaming system this has everything you need. My only issue so far is the difficulty of turning off the LED lighting. It'll take me awhile to get used to Windows 11, but other than that it's a major upgrade from my previous system, and it looks like there's plenty of room for upgrades in the case.

Im loving my new pc. Its running everything smooth its got latest generation parts so i can easily upgrade in the future. All the parts are easy to find. The company themselves are amazing as my power cord didnt work and they sent me a replacement for free which i recirved in 2 days.

Runs efficiently. Great purchase. No complaints. My son uses this to work on coding, but also for gaming. It is soundless when turning on and off, which I like. It seems able to process commands quickly. My son says he likes it a lot, so I would say his opinion is better than mine!

We purchased this PC for my husband who will be using this primarily to work with his photos. It is his first PC and it was the easiest computer I have ever set up. Even my husband was impressed with how quickly I had it up and running. I can't wait for him to get started!

Has been runnings smoothly for over a year with no issues, definitely worth it in my personal opinion. I’ve seen people build themselves a pc and use amazing parts and have constant issues. Not worth it to me. This works perfectly

So far so good! Just purchased and it's running great. Very quiet and fast. It came with a great keyboard and a mouse but the left click button on the mouse sticks. Probably a more rare problem but otherwise no complaints. Happy to have a good computer finally.

Great and easy out of the box setup. I would highly recommend for starters into PC hobby and more advanced because of how easy it is and the amazing components that are included. There is also so much room for customization. Just do it, BUY IT!!!!
