I got this computer during a black friday sale for ~930$ with tax. For that price, this represented a great deal for a mid-tier current gen graphics card and 13th gen i5 cpu. This set up should be able to keep up with normal use and light gaming for years to come. You can of course add more storage space and memory down the road if you need it, and eventually upgrade your processor and graphics card as you desire. One thing I didn't catch before purchase is that it only contains 1 16gb ram stick, so I will probably be adding more ram in the future. However, this is a small quibble as I detect no problems with moderate use (3-4 programs and 10 browser tabs running at once). I had no problems getting this system running, and have had no problems in the few days I have had it working. It even comes with a keyboard and mouse. Are they something you can professionally game on? Probably not. But for moderate use they work just fine, and everything is stuffed with rgb lights; its a nice change of pace from the computer I use every day for work. Cyberpowerpc also did not include alot of bloatware and other useless programs that you might find on a dell or hp system, another plus. It even uses ddr5 ram! It also seems like a solid system for upgrading whenever it becomes necessary. Frankly, as long as you are not expecting to be gaming AAA titles in 4k (the price of a 4k monitor alone would probably be similar to what I paid for this entire pc!) then you should be pretty satisfied with this system.

No stars. This item was shipped thru the usps. Post office. Came in a wet box that was ripped apart. Dont recommend Best Buy at all. Purchased item 3/21/24. Received 4/10

My mother bought me this pc around the time of thanksgiving and I haven’t gotten off it since. The performance, graphics, and most importantly, THE PRICE. You cannot get a pc this good only for $1000. This is gaming to another level!!!

For the price point, this is probably one of the better prebuild computers you could get. Everything was well packaged and clearly labeled, even some labels to make sure people newer to computers connect their monitors to the GPU instead of the motherboard by mistake. So far it's been running smoothly and cool (usually around the 40-50 degree range). There is a lot of space to work with on the side with the MBU and there are ports for additional HDDs on the other end, which I ended up using for a 1 TB from WD I had laying around. The wired mouse and keyboard were both decent quality and even though I have my own already, they'll be kept around for temp backups if these have issues. One thing that was a bit annoying for me personally is the RBG lights around the case (They do their thing and are shiny but not my cup of tea) but that was easily toggled off in BIOS on the first boot. All-in-all as someone who games, was on a bit of a budget but not enough to deal with setting it up/cable management, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Also, I'm not sure if the GPUs vary between these builds but mine came with 3 display ports and one hdmi. Just a reminder of things to consider in case you're also purchasing monitors/cables to go with it.

I have had this computer for three months and it is used every day. It was easy to set up and has worked perfectly since day one. This is used for everyday things such as banking and paying bills, email, streaming youtube videos, etc. For gaming, it can't be beat. I never have any issues or glitches while gaming and have also had a chat program and browser open in the background while playing a game. It is powerful and runs quietly even when the fans speed up. The lighting is also really nice. I would not hesitate to buy this or any other model from CyberPowerPC in the future!

Great PC! I bought this PC because I needed an upgrade from my old one. It was pretty dated. I am very happy with this new PC. Great price to performance and super easy to setup. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.

Got this for my sons first gaming pc- he's only seven so I didn't want to go crazy getting top of the line everything. And this is great for him for the most part. We wanted a PC that would run our Oculus Meta Quest 2 and this one is not powerful enough to do so unfortunately. I tried to order a pc with a better graphics card, but Best Buy keeps delaying the order and it was taking WAY too long, with no definitive answers and our return window for this PC is up. My son was not happy about retuning this one without a new one in hand. He made the call, and I chose to agree and save the money. However, I will spend the money to upgrade the graphics card in order to run our oculus and Spiderman- Miles Morales (which keeps crashing every time we try to play). Anyways, this is a great starter PC with great upgrade potential. My son is playing games like; Teardown, Fortnight, Roblox, Floating Sandbox, and People Playground without incident. Windows 11 is very intuitive, and as a Mac user myself, I'm actually enjoying this PC more than I imagined I would. The included keyboard and mouse are lighting fast, and the hardware is gorgeous. I love the color-rotating fans and the glass wall so much!

First of all this computer for the price is an absolute steal. I looked all over the internet for the best deal I could possibly get for a pre built computer and this was the best possible deal I could find, with it still being a great setup for a any game I want to play or work that I have to do. If you are looking to get a pre built computer I would highly recommend this too anyone it has a great CPU, a great amount of ram, a great graphics card, and a great hard drive. For the price its at I mean what else could you ask for and it was extremely easy to set up as well.

My son is over the moon with his new gaming PC. He claims it's the best gift he's ever received! Although he has played on other gaming PCs before, this is his first personal one, and it's far superior to any of the others he's used. The Nvidia graphics card is fantastic, it's speedy, and the tower looks really sleek. It's a bit large for my taste, but my son adores it and it stands out in his setup.

I bought two PCs prior to this from other locations and was quickly disappointed. Between underpowered and too expensive for what you get. The sales representative was a college student in school for programming and had a big hobby of gaming. I really appreciated his honest feedback on my needs and what was available. This PC was perfect for what the house needed. Gaming, homework, working from home—you name it. I run three monitors, and my son codes all day. the perfect PC for under the $1200 mark. I'll stick with CyberPowerPC as long as they keep this up.

Purchased this a month ago and what a beast of a machine this is. The specs are simply amazing for the price tag, can run any games you'd like. I play MW3 and Apex on it with no issues at all. This PC is great for people who are new to the PC world. I would recommend anyone to purchase this PC if you're looking for outstanding performance for a lower price.

This machine is great!!! Plays games very well and graphics are phenomenal. Price is affordable for no interruptions gaming. Not a spec person but everything runs perfect with no known issues. The rgb lights on everything works fine as well. Believe it has 9 or different modes to switch between on the keyboard. Overall great buy.

Starting off my PC setup, I expected nothing but setbacks. But when my PC arrived, 2 days earlier than expected, my expectations were blown out the water. Amazing specs, very simple set up, 1 month XBOX Game pass trial, and so much more. It even came with MKB, saving me a couple more dollars. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect gaming pc for son. We got this as a gift for our 9-year-old. The specs are perfect for playing his favorite games. On his old pc, he was very limited to what he could play. The graphics are so good on here. It runs smoothly. It might be costly, but it is most definitely worth it.

first 10 out of ten these lovely people at cyber power sure do know how to court a gentleman with class, packaging quite dapper, the included keyboard and mouse leagues above the other brands offerings, and a real branded motherboard that wasn't made in in a shack with only one x16 slot like the pc i initially purchased and had to return because bios update bricked it (I'm looking at you 5i Lenovo) in short cyber power has earned a lifelong consumer, oh man and the I/O on this ting don't get me started, in short hands down best sub 1k pc I've ever seen. would recommend again, and again, and....

Runs excellent . Great amount of space . Great for anything you need . Music , business/work , streaming for games and pod cast set up ! Mouse has extra buttons for gaming and light up keyboard for the dark !
