Bought 2 of these, was able to upgrade the RAM easily to 32GB in each case. So far, they've played various games with no issues. I did upgrade the wireless antenna on both as well to ones with longer cables and bigger double antennas. Would buy CyberPowerPC again.

Just got it a week ago, and it runs and performs great for the price. This is my first prebuilt and i'd definetly say its worth the money

TBH I was kind of worried about buying this pc at first... Mainly because it would be my first "GAMING PC", but I do got to say, I can play Black ops 6 in good quality with around 70-90FPS, It has no Lag spikes at all and it runs like I honestly would want it to run!

Good value for money. Easy to instal and use by following instructions.

This PC was set at a great price point for the specs that it offered and for being new with having a desktop pc, it was not hard to set everything up

As a customer interested in PC gaming for many years, I was intimidated and overwhelmed by everybody telling me I needed to build my own PC and that pre-built ones were obsolete. Luckily, the CyberPowerPC i5 14400F has been a perfect starter PC for me. I play games with high graphics/CPU demands (Dune, Fortnite, Ark, etc.) and have not once experienced a crashout or noticeable drop in graphics/performance from this PC. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get their for PC for gaming.

8 months in and have no issues , worth the price .

I’ve been using this pc for about 2 months and haven’t had any issues. I do wish the rgb was able to set certain colors, but other then that runs fine.

For around $1000 defiantly a great buy if you're on a budget. I don't do any hardcore gaming/streaming and this has been a great first time gaming pc for sure.

Bought this on sale for Black Friday, currently is running great and runs very quiet. Heads up, reading the instructions out of the box, step 1 is remove the glass panel to remove the protective foam and the instructions say to remove screws. For this model, there's a little wedge to pop out one side of the glass then just apply a little bit of pressure towards you (facing the glass) and the right-side will pop out and you can pop it back in. However I write this review because I want the people to know that the keyboard is quite uneven; whenever I type using left-side keys, it wobbles. Thankfully I like my keyboard at home and am using this CyberPower keyboard at work and I've just stuck a folded business card underneath it to stabilize it.

For a "starter" pc it's really good and runs most games on the highest graphics like on ready or not is why I got it and runs perfectly on the highest graphical settings

What I absolutely love about this gaming oc is that the rgb is insanely cool and that the fps i get is always above 240 in fortnite. I thing i kinda dislike tho is that the fan is too loud.

Works like a charm for 1080p. Good entry level setup with a solid upgrade path. Setup was extremely easy and customer support was helpful
