Wifi issues. usb issues.Bluetooth issues

Wifi didn't connect or connects with very low signal .My 12 year old laptop and another laptop connects great on wifi and get high speeds. My phone connects . My tv connects, so the wireless is definitely not an issue.. I got the 2nd replacement. Same issue . I am returning and getting cyberpc instead..
