Arrived extremely well packed to avoid damage and in new condition. These PC's are easily upgradeable and you can often see who manufactures the components before purchasing. Other mfg's try to hide the component info and send you the absolute cheapest components.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.System is awesome performance wise and resources. the reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the PC has only one (1) HDMI port for graphics which is the same capacity for a laptop, and it was a little tricky to setup even when I have experience as an IT Specialist in the Army and private sector. Those two issues make me take one (1) star down.
