This PC came with no instructions on how to set up. I had to search online on how to set it up. Now that it is set up properly, the PC will only power up occasionally. It acts as if it has a short in the power supply somewhere. I've tried plugging it into several different types of outlets, surge protectors, UPC....nothing seems to keep it on. I'll be returning it tomorrow.

I has bought it a week ago and it was a little slow to lapd websites and took me 3 days to download Fortnite. After I installed GeForce Experience it worked fine.. for now.

Best Buy over the phone is a different experience in store. On the phone say one thing, in store is a entire different experience

Bought this PC and it came with no 4060, and i cant get a refund, plus it looks like is been used and somebody took the graphics card.

I had been looking for a new gaming PC for a while and then stumbled onto this PC by CyberpowerPC. It had amazing specs and was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived really quick and was super easy to set up. It's very quiet and does exactly what I need it to do. Games are super fast and look great, I do photo editing and music production on the side and there's no problem with this PC handling either of those tasks. Fantastic computer all around!

10/10. Bought this brand new as my first PC let alone my first gaming PC ever two weeks ago and it has been absolutely phenomenal! Fast as lightning, smooth as butter. Haven’t had a single issue! Ready to play out of the box, and is just an incredible computer. I’m so in love with this thing!

This PC really runs great on most games and some high end games! At first I had thought that the set up would be bad. But, it was very easy to set up! It looks amazing and overall a great PC for those who are getting theirs for the first time.

have had this computer for about a month now. i know nothing about gaming on a PC or computer in general. but as far as i can tell it is running great. I have tried the witcher 3 on max settings and it has run perfectly so far. also tried need for speed most wanted, poppy playtime and a few other with no issues. mouse and keyboard seem to work well. wired. My only complaint so far which might not even be the computer itself. i have problem loading some thing on browsers. things like youtube music videos and amazon have a hard time running. even hard lined with 1000Mbps.. absolutely worth getting in my opinion.

Works great so far! Super fast, very aesthetic look. Have not used it to play games yet but it runs very smoothly. Got this as a replacement for my old laptop that bricked itself the other day, I figured I might as well get something that can play games decently instead of getting another laptop. For the price point this seems to be great value, especially since I can finance it over 12 months with my Best Buy Credit Card. You will need to have a monitor you can plug it into. Something to consider with the installation: the included pamphlet told me to "unscrew the side panel to remove safety foam", I began to unscrew the back side of the pc only to realize I was partially unscrewing one of the attached fans and that the glass panel does not actually need to be unscrewed, it just flips downwards when you pull a hinge. So when you are setting up your PC, and you have to remove that safety foam, check if you can just open up the glass hinge instead, since the instructional pamphlet incorrectly assumed my device needed to have the side panel unscrewed.

From the moment I received the box I knew this was going to be something. Taking it out of the box you could tell how professional and meticulous having some type of expandable packing inside to protect everything while shipping inside the case and when removing seeing the wiring work you can tell the employees at CyberPower bring the best. I'm so glad I made the investment to get a pc and retire from laptop gaming/ video editing because this thing is faster than my Alienware laptop and I can play any game it feels like on Ultra graphics with no issues. This is insane for me.

This PC has changed everything for me! Very first pc purchase and I am very very satisfied! The pc never failed me, quiet and runs super smooth, won’t handle black ops 6 but games like fort nite and roblox this pc won’t disappoint.. definitely a good choice for a first gaming pc..

This computer runs great! as this was my first Pc i wasn't too sure about it but it runs Path of Titans, Black ops, the isle, and many more games at a very good rate.

Me and my brother spent a few months looking for the perfect pcs that weren't too expensive, and this is exactly what we were looking for. It can handle all the games we played on our xboxs before, overwatch, gta 5, red dead redemption 2, and pcvr, but with much better frames and graphics. Both pcs however had different motherboards, and came with different apps for changing the fan lights, one of them had more customization but we don't mind that. the setup was super easy, but the instructions say to unscrew the case to open it and that's wrong, you just pop it open, there's no screws. The shipping was SO FAST and came in 2 days, although i was only a few states away from where it came from. This is definitely a great first pc for anyone looking to get one for the first time, and i would 100% recommend this to anyone.

love the pc, got it on sale and it has been just a blast. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier, the specs are just what I needed and way better than the laptop I had before. This has changed the game for sure.

This is my second one after returning the first one for random freezes and audio glitches watching something as basic as youtube. This one seems to operate as it should . It's worth mentioning that the one prior has wifi 6 built in where as the replacement is on the older wifi 5 . Other than those minor points it's been good so far. Playing titles such as Bg3 and KCD2 along with dela force. Been able to play maxed out and average 100fps in most games . Temps are cool and consistent. Overall this one is alright. This is my third prebuilt in 2 months from Best buy . Let's hope this one is it otherwise I will be returning and building mine from scratch.
