    Great price for what you're getting but the cable management is atrocious. If they could fix that I'd give it a 5/5

    Fans leaking oily substance

    I’m giving it two stars because I had it for less than a week or about a week and every fan on it started leaking some brownish oily substance. Wiped it off a bunch of times and would keep coming back.

    Christmas gift already broken

    My son has only had this computer a couple of weeks and it has already stopped working. It won’t power on. Thankfully I purchased the Geek Squad help plan so I will be calling them real soon.

    Improper Build. Not worth 2000$

    Turns out they are selling a "third party" version of the motherboard that GIGABYTE doesnt even support. The LED ligths can not be controlled by conventional "RGB Fusion" method, and the BIOS doesnt have a peripheral tab to change through there. I did find an option to Turn off LED lights in the BIOS however it does not work. No updates for the "third party" BIOS are available either. In addition to this, the bluetooth on this computer is terrible. To the point where its unusable. I had to buy a Bluetooth USB adapter. All of this for 2000$+ dollars is beyond ridiculous and I will NEVER purchase another CyberPower or Gigabyte PC, and I probably wont shop for one through Best buy again either.

    Dead on arrival. Wouldn’t turn on, checked everything was plugged in well as instructed and nothing could’ve been done. I’ve built one myself and didn’t want to mess with it anymore because it voids the warranty so I’ve decided to returned it. Sadly it was my daughter’s gift and she was very happy until it wouldn’t power on she had a sad christmas day night. And now we have to wait another week and half to get a replacement. I would suggest at least doing a power test on the pc before packing and shipping product.

    I guess I'm one of the unlucky 5% or so of those who get one where the display doesn't work at all. I'm not willing to deal with phone tech support (they're closed today anyway) or really any issues after paying $1200 for a computer, so I just returned to BB to exchange for an iBuypower that was the same price (but on sale, so more powerful graphics card).

    I wanted to buy a computer which could support 3 monitors at the same time and also within my budget. That's why I picked this one. I had to return the 1st one I purchased because it was not turning on. Literally, not turning on. I exchanged with the same and after a while, right after the eligible return date, it started crushing. It does once a day. Don't but it.

    Bought this for about $1,400 total a week before Black Friday. Today is December 20th and it won’t turn on at all now. Everything was running smooth and then nothing. I tried to not only call geek squad (I bought the warranty), but also Cyberpower themselves, no response from either. Hopefully yours doesn’t stop working. I’ll be inquiring about a refund shortly.

    Don't waste your money at BestBuy

    Piece of junk - used it for less than 30 days and video card went. BestBuy Geek Squad in store was no help with returning it - wanted to use my extended warranty I purchased which means I would forfeit the cost of the 2 year warranty. I wouldn't buy another CyberPower and I will also no longer be purchasing anything form BestBuy.

    First one came defective just used it for 15 days and don’t turn on again go to the store get a replace ! They said they diner have it they ordered and when the days came they said the order is delayed !! Take another six days now I am trying the new one I hope nothing goes wrong with this one

    Faulty power supply

    This PC worked great for a few days and then it just wouldn’t turn on. Went through troubleshooting and seems like a faulty power supply unit. I’m gonna return the PC.

    Amazing Computer!

    I was looking for an inexpensive gaming computer & all of my research led me to this computer-the CyberPowerPC. It is so fast and quiet and the power is amazing! Now I can run some intensive graphics programs. From the PSU to the GPU and the CPU they all are awesome and quality parts. Loving the lights on the computer as well. The lights can be changed on the remote to more intense to not so intense and subdued. I'm glad I found this computer and sure I'll have many years of enjoyment from it!

    Complete trash. Failed POST boot up straight out the box! Paid $1200 for some flashy colored lights since they are the only thing that works! Will be returning this.

    I picked up this computer at a local Best Buy 1 week ago and I'm happy with it, it has no problems running wow and Destiny 2 at high settings and 1440p resolution. It seems like prebuilds have a pretty bad reputation for using low tier components and being overpriced compared to buying identical parts and building yourself. But when I opened up the PC to check exactly what's inside and check some online reviews for the individual parts I didn't see any red flags. Plugging all the parts into pcpartpicker it looks like the price of components would be around $1300, although the video card is discontinued so you couldn't build this exact PC right now. This is the list of parts that mine came with, the case and case fans are not included because I can't identify exactly what brand/model they are. CPU - Intel Core i7-10700F 2.9 GHz 8-Core Processor CPU Cooler - Cooler Master i71C RGB 37 CFM Rifle Bearing CPU Cooler Motherboard - Gigabyte B460M DS3H AC Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard Memory - ADATA XPG Z1 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory Storage (HHD) - Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage (SSD) - Western Digital Blue SN550 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive Video Card - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card Power Supply - EVGA GD (2019) 600 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply The only negative I can give this PC is that all 3 case fans were oriented to push air out of the case. I flipped the front 2 fans so they are pulling air into the case and left the rear fan as an exhaust so it should give slightly better airflow than the configuration that it came in. After reading reviews on other prebuild systems this seems to be a pretty common issue.

    Great computer for gaming

    An amazing computer for any gaming needs. No matter how good the graphics are it will almost never have a framerate drop. This computer is not cheaply made, the fans work great and, in having this about 4 months now and haven't had any issues whatsoever. The keyboard and mouse that come with it only had one problem when I got it, the space bar was stuck down in. With a little bit of shaking and pulling the key it came back into place and works great still. Great for its price, I would recommend this computer to any friend that wants a computer.
