NEW PC WON'T START CORRECTLY

Upon starting the PC, the unit booted onto the BIOS screen briefly, then a Q-Flash screen. We had no idea what to do, and Customer service is not available on Christmas Day. The on-line help suggested to check for loose/unplugged hard drive cables; however, these were fine and did not correct the issue. At this point, I assume and hope there will be an easy solution, but I will not change my rating until I get some customer support and this issue gets resolved.

Defective GPU
