This PC is absolutely amazing! I had some issues with crashing after I first got it. The pc would automatically restart then load up into the bios menu. After dealing with that for a couple weeks NVIDIA released a driver update for the graphics card that fixed that issue. Been smooth sailing ever since. I love this computer and would recommend you grab it if you have the chance to. You wont be disappointed. Its my first gaming pc and you cant get anything near this price with the components it has in it. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Bought this to play Flight Sim 2020. I have maxed out settings on dual monitors @1080 with zero glitches. The case is very nice and better than i expected. People ask what components come in them and there are mixed answers because it depends on their supply I'm sure. Only issue i had was the hard drive was hanging on by one screw. the other was loose in the case. Would for sure recommend this desktop. Very nice gaming PC. Came well packed and delivered fast from Bestbuy. Due to shortages of graphics cards, you can not build your own for the price I paid for this pre-built one: fantastic deal. The case is huge, but the layout and design is great. Overall specs, built-in WiFi, Bluetooth, nVidia GTX 3060 ti, 10th gen Intel I7 CPU were great and worked great. Very satisfied with purchase.

Very happy with my purchase, I had been looking to build my own but with GPU and processor shortages it was much faster and less stressful to get a pre-made. With the i7 10700F and the 3060ti this desktop can game with the best and is an absolute monster with any software that i need for education. It also looks amazing, the RGB lighting and glass case really makes a statement. Shipping from bestbuy was fast, and the quality of packaging from CyberPowerPC was top quality!

Recently purchased this PC after considering building my own for about a year. After comparing the cost to build to what it would been to purchase this, I am glad I went with this option as it has proved to be a far better computer, without the stress of building, than what I could have done on the same budget. Easy setup as well as plenty of power to run powerful games as well as handle the needs of programing languages, this has been a purchase I would recommend.

Amazing pc for the price point. Not one thing bad to say about it. Packaging was amazing, do take note to remove the internal packing as described on the info card. Fired it up and had 0 issues at all. Updated and installed all current drivers and has been running like a dream since. If you are lucky enough to find this available, just buy it you don't have time to miss it!!!

So far so good, just unboxed this beauty and it is definitely bigger than expected but that's alright it's night to have the space inside for potential future upgrades such as the motherboard. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase thus far and am looking forward to seeing what this thing can do even more so! I think the price for the parts you receive is a great deal.

Start with the good....The transaction from Best Buy was easy. Delivery was on time. The computer powered on right away...then things were far from acceptable. First the RGB fan lights were not functioning. They were not loose from shipping, they were never hooked up. Had to daisy chain them. Second the air flow and cooling is subpar. Have to reverse the side fans to increase to a proper airflow. Then technical issues followed.....we began to receive the black screen with no input detected. Thought maybe the new updated drivers installed caused the issue, so rolled those back. Everyday the same issue continued so we eventually got through to CyberPower customer service which is terrible. Sat on hold over an hour each time (3x) and was even hung up on because they closed during the time we were on hold. Anyway, they were of no help. So I was finally able to trouble shoot the problem myself. Turns out that the PCIe cable from the PSU to the GPU was faulty. Luckily the cable is pigtailed so I was able to plug the other one into the GPU in order to resolve the issue. So overall I would rate the experience of purchasing a prebuilt CyberPower pc as not acceptable. Yes they make sure all the parts are there but attention to detail and customer service is terrible. Also please note you are basically buying this pc for the GPU and CPU all other parts will probably need to be replaced shortly as they are on the lower scale reliability and quality. The wifi is completely useless and underpowered. This also has to do with the cheap motherboard used. Also please double check your system has thermal paste applied as that was another oversight. I hope this is helpful to someone.

Great gaming PC, especially for the price. I would recommend it for sure.

This PC has an intel i7-10700F with 16GB of ram from Patriot memory. For storage, it uses an ADATA Swordfish SSD and a WesterDigital 1TB HDD. The motherboard currently in use is the B460M DS3H AC V2-Y1. It uses a 3060 ti EVGA. This PC is overall decent, maybe on the expensive side but considering that you can not get a 3060 ti on the low, it is a compelling buy. The CPU stays constant around 48 Celcius. Pros - RTX 3060 Ti - Two different storages Cons - Memory issue, whenever running Minecraft, the motherboard will have a constant short beep which means a memory not installed correctly. After trying to fix the issue, the beep will persist and for a new PC to have these issues, it is a negative for me. - A stress test further confirmed the issue

Overall, a great prebuilt PC at a decent price considering the state of the GPU market. The reason I'm removing 2 stars is because there were some blue screens of death that occurred right out of the box. After switching the front two fans' configurations around and switching out the NVME SSD, the computer is running beautifully. I intended to switch out the SSD for a bigger storage from the get-go; however, the original SSD that was installed still had the plastic film on it. I believe that was the reason for the blue screens of death. After switching out the SSD, everything runs perfectly. The PC hardware parts are good/great, but the improper installation of those parts are the reason why it's only 3 stars.

This is a good but not great system. It’s maybe 150 more expensive than what you could build yourself, but all the parts seem reasonable and it’s nice it has an ssd and a regular hard drive. The 3060 ti is also great. My kids like changing the RGB on the fans.

super fast shipping! I ordered this pc last Saturday and it arrived in just two days! The design on the PC is beautiful. It runs very well as was expected and the components are the same as in the picture :) no unknown brands. Overall, I feel happy about my new PC! great for gaming and my school simulations so that is a plus!

So far so good. The computer is super fast and easy to set up. I liked that I was able to pickup from store about 4 days earlier than the expected date! The specs are really good especially since I didn't wanna wait around for a graphics card.

Came as advertised, and styrofoam helped the PC from being damaged. Boot time takes like 30 seconds, and there are plenty of USB ports as advertised. Comes with a RTX 3060 Ti VENTUS 2X OC as advertised. Free keyboard and mouse was a nice touch!
