    Computer works good. Mouse came defective. BestBuy says they can't replace the mouse, you will have to return everything, I didn't want to return the computer, just exchange the mouse. They told me to contact CyberPower directly and see if they will send a new mouse.

    Worked out of the box, no issues. Little bit of static you have to discharge. Very safe packaging. Not a huge fan of the keyboard and mouse, so I used my own. Comes with a remote for the RGB lights. I would've liked if it came with a DVI port or an integrated GPU but you can't have it all for this price. Love it.

    awesome computer. super fast. I didn't have over heating issue like other reviews. the cpu temp was at a constant 98F. I ran 2 trading platforms and youtube playing music background and the cpu temp was 99*F. All the brand name hardware is a plus. love the nvidia 3060. glade that bestbuy have this back in stock.

    I am very happy with this PC. I listened to the comments and upgraded the CPU cooler right off the bat. I also switched around the rear case fan to be an intake so it pulled cold air over the GPU. No issues so far. I even ran stress tests and the CPU stayed low temp with the Corsair Icue150i
