    Didn’t let me play a single game. Pc would shut off when I play 3 minutes into a game. Runs perfectly as a normal computer tho but if I wanted a computer i wouldn’t have bought a gaming pc.

    Graphics card was dead on arrival. Returned for replacement and that card developed a black horizontal line in the middle of the screen 2 months later.

    The computer looked great and for what it has I thought it was a steal. Unfortunately the computer came with a faulty graphics card and some other major issue. I took it to the geek squad and they did everything they could but couldn’t find the exact problem. So I ended up returning it and got a ibuypower gaming desktop and it works great. Until cyber power begins to have quality control in their products don’t recommend buying anything from them.

    The PC cost about average but it did not last long and finding help was not easy. So if you a thousand plus to toss away in 16 months. I thought the warranty would help with hardware failure but still can’t reach anyone. Best Buy just wash their hands if it because of manufacturer warranty. So the consumers pays for poor quality and service

    PC worked well until it started overheating. Now I get only 60 FPS capped when I play games. Terrible cooling system.

    No Stars. We had to return the PC back to the store. The Screen was badly distorted. We tried a couple of monitors and it was the same. Returned it to the store and was told it was the graphic card. Very disappointed. Got it for My Son’s Birthday and he has not been able to enjoy it.

    First hour of plugging the pc in download one game 2005 Star Wars battle front and it stop working 3 mins of me playing the game reboot it and tried everything I can to solve but couldn’t figure it out

    CPU overheats within 5 mins of gaming on it I don’t recommend buying unless you can figure out heating issues only had it for 1 day and first time I turned it on it was fine I turned on valorant and it shutdown in 5-10 mins

    When I got the PC the graphics card didn’t work. There was green lines and it just wasn’t working I tried to reseat it and that didn’t work. Then I bought a different one from the same company and it did the same thing

    I bought this PC and the day I got it I connected it to my monitor and there were green lines running through my screen, turned out it had a bad graphics card. Happened to my friend of mine as well

    This PC is quick. However, I bought it to do some gaming and I cannot run a single game on it. Constant crashes due to memory issues. Also, running it with the glass side panel on causes it to overheat.

    Never got to use the machine. Multiple hardware and software problems made the PC unusable. Had to return it the day after it arrived and since it was all sold out there wasnt even a replacement option
