This has cheap parts. it kept turning off on me and would not recognize my monitor Geek squad asked me to return it. Went with an Hp INSTEAD AND HAPPY.

It did not work and I had to return it. The store could not help and the factory said it would take over 30 days to take a look at it.

I bought this a while back for gaming and I love it. Runs smoothly and has been going strong for me for 4 years. The only tip I have is, don't try and plug your monitors into the display ports at the top, you need to use the ones at the bottom. LOL!

Got this thing and tried downloading fortnite and got blue screen

Do not buy this you are just going to waste your time/money

If this is your first modular gaming PC, it's perfect for learning the ins and outs of having a custom system. It booted right up and synced with my MS account on the first press of the power button. I was gaming with RTX ON immediately. Yes the CPU cooler is terrible (learn and replace it!) and the case fans are probably not oriented correctly (learn and re-position them!) but if you're a beginner like me these are things you'll definitely need to learn, and (for me at least) it's much easier to learn to swap stuff out on a completed (and working!) system.

PC is pretty good, it was at a good price and it has been running finer since. No issues.

They make some high-quality PCs that have minimal issues. The only gripe I have with my PC is that there were no intake fans out of the box. They were all oriented to push out hot air. With the ongoing GPU shortages, I wouldn't have gone for a prebuilt and would have instead built my own, but seeing our current situation is dire, I decided to give in. Given the price, it was not a bad deal. I had already bought a Cyberpower PC before so I knew it was a reliable brand.

Great PC. Perfect for those just getting started with PC gaming. I'd say the cooling system could've been done better, but still good nonetheless. I personally play a lot of VR, so it's been holding up pretty well with that. Also able to make customizations to PC even though it's pre built. Overall 10/10.

I bought this PC from CyberPowerPC on Amazon and it is incredible! It runs every program and game I have without slow down. And the setup and installation was super simple. It also has half a terabyte of storage so it can store everything easily. An incredible purchase I cannot recommend enough!

Was lucky enough to catch this wonderful machine in stock. Delivery was fast and it was packaged well, everything was in place when it arrived. Setup was phenomenally easy. Already putting hours in on this beast of a machine and look forward to many years of gaming.

I had bought an older PC from CyberPowerPC a few years ago and it was amazing. It's what's gotten me into PC gaming and is what carried me through most of my childhood. I finally upgraded and decided to buy another PC from CyberPower. This PC has amazing specs and run's amazingly. I definitely recommend buying a PC from CyberPowerPC!! Only reason this review doesn't have 5 stars is due to the fact I've seen a lot of people talking about how the air cooler on the CPU isn't very good and just utterly garbage. I'm not sure if I have gotten one of the PC's from the good side of the bunch but I might still have to upgrade the CPU cooler for something better just incase. Other than that, this PC is very good.

From what I've experienced using this pc, It's top notch in every aspect of what is needed for a competitive gaming. Other than the actual performance the PC was extremely easy to set up and get started on. Thank you so much!

excellent utility for my needs at every point time given desktop functionality. overpriced or underpriced and over or underkill, I am unsure. I don't regret the purchase.

PC came in fairly decent condition. A few problems (which actually seems like a lot considering there really shouldn't be any) were found before I could even connect up the system. Firstly, the graphics card was hanging a bit inside the case which I found that the small retaining clip at the back end of the card (the one on the pci slot) was completely missing. After searching through the case, I found the clip wedged in between the basement and the front side of the case. I had to use chopsticks to dig it out. I was able to put it back on and it seems to be ok. Next while searching for that clip, I noticed that the front USB 3.0 cable was not connected to the motherboard. After connecting it, it seemed to work. After all that I saw that there was one screw missing from a standoff for the motherboard to the case. I tipped the case upside down, then turned it sideways, then back straight up and finally the screw popped out from wherever it was hiding in the case. I put that screw in, then proceeded to check the other standoff screws. Sure enough they were all only about half way in. I tightened all the screws, then I was at last ready to connect the system and power it on. Surprisingly after all the fixing, the system booted just fine. Now for the last thing that puzzled me. On the top of the case there is a panel that slides off to clean the top filter and/or mount fans in the top. At the back of the PC where the screw is to remove that panel, there is a Microsoft Windows holographic sticker over the seem. I talked to a geek squad tech at Best Buy and he assured me that removing that panel would not void the warranty. Very odd to place a "void if removed" sticker on something that is going to need to be removed at some point in time. Again, at the end of the day, the system does work, as I am writing this review on it. All in all, the system performs well, although it is probably the noisiest pc I have had that was brand new. I think an assembler was overwhelmed the day my system was processed and they just rushed through it and didn't put much effort into the build!!!

I'm really happy I bought this pc i've been wanting to get a pc for months and I didn't really know about any pc's until now and i was about to order a different pc (ibuypower) but i found out the give you a 1660 instead of the the promised one and doesn't provide a pillow to keep the parts secure but cyber power has done the complete opposite and has provided me with a great pc especially since fn has add performance mode and also thank you best buy because every other site i go on has boosted pc prices 13 percent-17 (my cousin also got a pc from cyber power 1 year ago)

Received this computer as a Mothers Day present from my children, absolutely LOVE it. Very unique and enjoy the lighted fans, grandkids think its cool too, lol. Very fast loading and plenty of room for my games. Have been using it for couple months now and started running into overheating problems, from reading some of the reviews I see I'm not alone. Very glad to see that it's fixable cause I would not be happy to have to replace such a wonderful gift.

I purchased this computer for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it! I love the price, it was easy to set up, and it looks great!!
