The experience I had when buying my CyberpowerPC at Best Buy was amazing! I purchased another gaming pc and it overheated when downloading games. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad to add a cooling system and I was told the PC couldn't add anything to it..anything!! Best Buy helped me out by allowing me to return that pc and purchase the CyberpowerPC since I recently purchased the it. When I say I am so glad they did! I truly mean it! I am very happy with the CyberpowerPC! Top of the line gaming PC for a great price!

I just received my CyberPowerPC and it is beautiful! Everything inside and out is packaged very efficiently and aesthetically pleasing. The lights inside are nice quality and easy to control and the fan is nice and quiet when the computer is on. It didn't take me too long to set up and so far it is running very nicely. This is my first gaming PC so the added keyboard and mouse with the purchase of the PC is a huge plus for me as well. I'm excited to explore all of the functions this PC has to offer.

Great computer! A few days ago I had ordered this because I had bought another computer that was VERY similar to this one but it had a previous gen cpu and motherboard, but for the same price? Don't ask me why this is but it is, so anyways the other one had arrived broken with a defective 3060 it was sad so we had to do a trade because that is how prebuilds work, so we did and this one just arrived today so I am using it right now to write this review and have had none of these several things black screen with no bootup, green lines EVERYWHERE ON THE SCREEN WITH DISPLAY SHOWING, blue screen of death ugly pixelated freeze of death in the login screen and on the desktop display after login. one of which would happen each on start-up and if not during while I am web browsing or gaming. That would be why it is a 4 star and not 5, now I am not surprised the card was defective because of how fast the production rate is, a soldiering mistake is bound to happen some point. Anyways I do recommend this brand of computer manufacturing. And I do recommend this computer (until the graphics card problem fixes its' self then I would say learn how to build and build one it is so much cheaper and more fun!). there are no pictures because I couldn't figure out how to get it off of my phone :(

This is my 2nd CyberPower PC and I absolutely Love it. I upgraded to this one because I started streaming on Twitch and needed more power. It has everything I need to stream, edit videos, and more and it does it very efficiently. It functions even better than it looks, and it looks AMAZING! 100 percent excellent computer! Best Buy had exceptional customer service as always.

This is an insane value for this build, given the current cost of GPUs. I had to immediately replace the CPU cooler/heatsink to a Corsair i100 because the stock Cooler Master heatsink could not keep it below 80c when running a game and would shut down. This is a great starter PC for gamers and easy to modify and customize down the line.

I love this pc that I bought, as a starter gaming/streaming pc I think its perfect! If you don't have the time or even can't find the pc parts (shortages and what not) this is perfect! I did a ton of research at first and I paired it with a few 144hz monitors and a yeti speaker and BOOM! off I went! good luck guys!

I love using this PC! I have yet to find a game it cannot handle. I can even be the one to host a server to play games like 7 Days to Die for me and my friends. I also personally love the ability to change the internal lights. I tend to switch colors depending on the game I'm playing. Would recommend.

I have read the reviews about the cpu cooler being a problem when playing intense games and havent experience that problem yet. I have played games like fortnite, rainbow six siege, and warzone. So far my cpu hasn't over heated.

This is a very good PC, you are able to do anything that you want to do on it. This PC has very good performance, I have been able to run all of my games on high settings. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend to those looking to buy a PC.

This PC is great. Not only is it sleek and quiet, but it runs really fast too. I can't believe I've been playing games at such low settings now that I've been able to run the high quality settings and beyond. Great product and I'd definitely buy from CyberPower again.

This pc was great for me especially since it was my first pc! I would recommend this to anyone that is new or wants something for gamming! This pc is very smooth and easy to operate and has great storage.
