I love this pc with a serious passion! I got extremely lucky getting it when I did considering the graphics card it has! the only thing i'd suggest is make sure you take off the side panels and clean off the dust! it made one of my fans really hot! but other than that, this thing is a beast!! Definitely suggest to others ;)

Good product for its price tag, just like many others have stated it is highly recommended to replace the cpu fan for something better. its been a month for me and it works pretty well for me. if you are looking for a decent gaming pc, this is a good option. If not, make sure to read all the reviews even the bad ones!

Decent PC. Cooling sucks immediately upgraded to iCue H150i and made a world of difference. The pc is kind of loud and aside from that it is a beast of a machine. I would also recommend upgrading HDD to SSD and more RAM couldn't hurt. Casing is definitely cheap. Also check that wires and RAM are correctly installed.

Pretty good PC with a few changes. The PC definitely has some temperature issues. Battlefield five made my PC shutdown due to temp. And if you aren't shutting down you are definition throttling. I switched the side fans to intakes instead of exhaust. The setup how it comes is base on negative temp cycling, I like to have an intake fan. I also put an AIO on the cpu, you could also just do a better air cooler. The one it comes with looks good but the heat sink is to small. Other than that I have had no issues. Booted right up no bloatware. All name brand parts which is nice. The fans and RGB are not controlled by the mother board which is annoying, but not a big deal.

I would recommend CyberpowerPC to anyone. I've had my system for a week and I absolutely love it. Top of the line graphics and FPS. It even came early. The only downside is the I7-11700F CPU runs hot but with ASUS Fan xpert2 I was able to tweek the fan speeds to keep it cool. All in all A great deal.

This PC is incredible and especially for it's price point it is a steal! Used PC Benchmark and got over 100% on all 3 ratings.

the price is amazing according to my son. but it overheats easily if your environment isnt fresh. he also mentioned that the graphics card is mounted too high to be able to use any display port cables. other than that, it works perfectly fine!

So far this thing is 1,000,000% better than my old pc. Everything runs at the speed of light, and I still haven't experienced heating issues yet. I flipped 2 of the fans to intake just in case, and will probably end up replacing the cooler anyways since its so heavily recommended on here. Overall this pc is amazing.

This is an excellent PC because of the 3060, you'd be lucky nowadays to get a gpu of that quality due to the shortage, and it won't be for market price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the placement of the fans inside. GPU and other cores were reaching temp in the mid 70's while running Witcher 3 on Steam, after I flipped the two front fans from intake to exhaust (literally flipped them around), temps have been capping at 55 even while gaming. It's an absolute must to flip the two front fans in this case, it already has one intake at the back, and there are holes in the top of the case for airflow so the two in the front must, must, be exhaust. Seriously, do it immediately. It's so basic that I wonder if it was just a mistake/oversight in my specific pc model rather than all of them, but judging from other reviews on here, its not lol which is kind of disappointing.

CPU cooler is literally a piece of garbage, it straight up doesn’t work. Right out of the box playing games CPU ran up to 100C… Installed an ID Cooling SE-224-XT RGB CPU Cooler and added an additional Corsair fan and it runs fine now. Also had to change orientation of all the case fans, they almost seemed like they were installed backwards but read other reviews stating the same thing. With the new CPU cooler and flipping all the case fans it’s now a great PC. Just a little annoying with the work to do right out of the box, they should come stock this way. Side note- if you’re looking to mine with this PC, the graphics card is now equipped with LHR restrictions, so only getting about 1/3 of the hashrate potential.

Aside from the inconvenience of the, just over a week long delay of receipt, and having to invest in better quality fans. The computer has performed wonderfully. I got it for my 12 yr old son's birthday. It has been a week and I have had zero complaints.

It's like what others wrote. Great desktop for the price and a terrible CPU cooler. The temperature got quite high when I began to play some games on it, but I'm planning to get an AIO cooler. I'd still recommend it for this price.

Computer arrived and worked good for one day and then the next day every time I would play a game the screen would go black. Graphics card was dead. Called Cyber Power and they wanted me to ship the entire computer back to them so they could replace the graphics card, Do NOT do this if you still have your warranty from Best Buy. Contact Best Buy and they should replace your entire pc with a new one. 2nd computer came in the mail before I had even shipped the 1st one back to Best Buy. I’m going on 2 weeks with a perfectly fine pc. Like other reviewers have stated, you’ll definitely wanna buy better fans. I bought the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition off Amazon and it is working perfectly. Overall I am content and happy with my purchase.

I really enjoy this pc but you have to change out the cpu cooler. The one that it comes with is very bad and cannot keep up with the other parts of this monster of a PC. All in all, a very good pc with a minor upgrade.

Buy this for my grandson is an upgrade to his old cyberpower Computer we bought him a few years ago. He absolutely loves the speed and power this thing has a new games today. He plays everything without lag and loves the graphics. Would recommend and buy again.

Great computer for the price! Got this for my daughter as a birthday present and she loves it. It was fairly easy to set up and the lights look great! Only thing I don't like is the temperatures run a little high. I will be upgrading the cpu cooler!

Paid for 2 day shipping got it 2 weeks later yes i was refunded but if they cant ship it in that time the option shouldnt be available as well as the case fans need flipped on the side to intake and you most definitely need to replace the CPU cooler but once you replace the CPU cooler and flip the fans to intake this is a very good pc runs everything max settings no problem
