I like many have tried finding various PC parts for the last six+ months and have had trouble finding quality products sold at MSRP. I stumbled across this PC and was thrilled to see it had nearly everything I wanted in a PC and at a reasonable price. I just picked it up today and have not fully tested it out, but it has been pretty solid so far. I will note that it does draw a lot of power, and no surge protector I have provides enough power, and it has to be plugged in directly to the wall - not sure if this is an issue for other people. I have personally never built a PC before, and I thought the setup was pretty easy. If anything dramatic changes, I will be sure to update the review in the future.

If you've read any of the other reviews you clearly realize the fans and heatsink are touchy. All I had to do was the flip of two fans out of the four, besides that everything worked perfectly. Solid 10/10 for a first gaming PC.

This PC is perfect for gaming. I would say you will find it hard to find an affordable PC like this in the market. I have run and installed some of the heavy software and it went smoothly and fast. Nothing to complain so far

I've had this computer for a couple weeks now and for the most part it is impressive. It has more power than I need for most tasks and using my tv as the display looks great. The first thing you notice is how heavy the computer is but that is mostly from the tempered glass and not from the thin metal used on the case. With just a little pressure I can feel the top of the case easily bend, so far that is the only grip that I have, well other than the fact I was surprised when the only thing I received in the box was the computer, no keyboard, mouse, power cord and dealing with Best Buy and CyberpowerPC I'm not sure if I will get the items replaced.

This computer was a pleasant surprise to get and set up. I used to build PC's back in the day and know that when you unbrick one you never know what you're gonna get! This one set up really easy and I have to admit that going through the registration process for Windows 10 was the most challenging. Got all my software loaded no problem, it helps to have an external optical drive to help with that process. The lights are not that big of a deal to me but everyone else seems to like them. My Oculus Quest 2 runs no problem on this baby and I expect it will be a good hoss for some time!

Best computer I had by far, all my games run smooth.

For the real experience of this computer, it is really a good computer, whether it is configuration, hardware or software is very good, but the only thing we need to pay attention to is the cooling fan of the CPU, it is really not very good, when you run In relatively high-end games, it will automatically shut down due to high CPU temperature. You only need to replace a CPU cooling fan. Others are perfect! The boot speed is fast, and the gaming experience is also very good!

Just received my cyberpower pc. After reading some other reviews I knew to upgrade the cpu cooler right away as I plan on using it for gaming but overall setup was very easy and great unit

This is my first PC ever and is great. The PC has really good quality, the interior is beautiful, it can be seen that it was well done. Is fast and has really good graphics. Is amazing

Amazing pc only reason its a 4 star is because i had to put a new cpu cooler and switch case fans around other than that great deal and pc.

Decent PC for the price. Cooling solution they used is very confusing though. The stock CPU cooler is not good. Replace ASAP. Other than that it’s a great computer.

I ordered HP Omen 30L at first and it was faulty. The PC kept on restarting upon waking up. I exchanged it with a new HP Omen 30L and it also had the same issue. Best Buy allowed me to exchange it with this CyberPowerPC and it worked great. I recommend relocating the fans and changing the CPU cooler. My experience with the receiving was bad as I did not have a PC to use for nearly a month, but Best Buy helped me through. Overall, bad experience with previous PCs, great customer service, great current PC.

I am a professional photographer and videographer. I have used laptops my entire career and finally made the jump to buy a dedicated PC for my editing and all I can say is wow. I am blown away by the processing power cyber power put in this pc. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of full 5 is because the CPU cooler needs to be better. I would definitely replace that first thing and then add at least another 16gbs of Ram. At that point this thing will run anything you throw at it.

The Pc came in with problems with the windows key being invalid and after an hour phone call with windows support I finally was able to get the windows key working. I then download steam and csgo to test how well it would run a relatively older game. The computer quickly shut off after 3 minutes of playing the game. After running a temperature monitor the cpu was reaching an astonishing 94* C (201 F) before shutting off before it destroyed itself. The cpu fan they provide is terrible and must be replaced. Expect to upgrade the cpu fan as soon as you get it. Otherwise it's an excellent pc with the illusive 3060 and the newest generation i7.

Its a good pc for the price.I have to say setting everything up was the easiest part,I would recomend this to a friend 100%.It runs so smooth i love it.

I ordered a CyberPowerPC from Best Buy and received it within the same week. PC was packed well with foam around and inside the case. Opened up the side panels for inspection; everything was intact and in good order; no disconnected cables or unseated/broken hardware. I'm impressed with the cable management and attention to detail. Clean install of Windows, no bloatware at all. Ran a benchmark test and satisfied with performance and temperatures. I might add a few extra case fans. Overall, I'm happy with my new PC and will likely purchase again from CyberPowerPC in the future.

A good computer however has to have a cpu liquid cooler. Read all the reviews. It also needs to have some of the case fans turned around as they do not have an intake. It is sad that this could be so much better if cyberpower put in just slightly more effort. Only buy this if you are willing to pay to upgrade.

I just bought this computer after using my husband's because this computer works so fast and can handle my graphic design programs and my Steam games!

I recently bought this PC and it runs so smooth. I'm able to play all my games on the highest settings, and regardless of the apps I'm running it hasn't slowed down at all. The fans are quiet and RGB which is cool as you can change the colors with the little remote they send you. Case is roomy which is nice if you plan to upgrade in the future. The mouse and keyboard they came with aren't my favorite but their RGB as well and serve nicely as my backups. Definitely consider this one if you're in the market for a new gaming desktop, but don't want to break the bank too badly.

Great computer! Needed to upgrade our old system and it was difficult trying to find a decent system to work with today's apps and software. Due to the shortage of desktops available on the market because of the pandemic, there choices were limited and the prices were a bit steep. Best Buy had several on stock and I was quick to jump on it before it sold out. This computer has power, speed, lots of potential for future upgrades and enhancements. Had it for a few months and can't say enough about it. Overall, very satisfied!
