Wow! I've heard Cyberpower was pretty decent but boy am I impressed. This is possibly the best Gaming PC I have ever owned. I will be playing till my wrists give me carpal tunnel. Thats how good it is. Its time to RISE UP GAMERS

Good PC so far. The keyboard that came with it looks like it was damaged but, other than that everything else is perfect. The computer is a great one to start out with and learn on.

This computer is awesome! The initial boot up was extremely simple and easy as well. I can play games at max settings and able to play VR games too. The fans are a little loud but that doesn't bother me at all. RGB is cool.

Replace the cpu cooler with an AIO and it runs like a dream. You can play anything. Alex was a HUGE help and answered all of my questions professionally. Loving it so far.

Runs amazingly no sign of damage or scratches on glass case

This was an excellent choice for my granddaughter for a gaming computer. She says that it is super fast and she loves it. With the two high definition computer screens it makes a perfect platform for her gaming needs.

just got my pc in today from Cyberpower pc and I am very impressed with it. Only issue I had was with bestbuy's decision to use fedex as their shipping carrier. The pc how ever out of the box runs like a champ

So far so good, Bought it a couple days ago. Everything running smoothly. Missing the stuff that allegedly is included free. More so the game and 1 month ultimate.

Love the computer. worked like a charm right of of the box and came with high end hard to find GPU and 11th gen CPU. Couldnt be happier with the prebuilt.

The price for a 3060 is remarkable, you will however need to invest in a better heatsink. Overall with a that in mind the price to performance ratio is rather good.

Overall this is a very good PC, you can pretty much do anything that you want to do on it. It performs really well for the games that I play at max settings. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This computer is able to turn on, download, and run games very easily! You can hear the fans, but I wouldn’t consider it much of a distraction.

it works good , reliable parts , not cheap knockoffs, worth the price for what the individual msrp is for the parts inside. i haven't had any problems running any programs or games

I bought this pc as a first experience in PC gaming and I could not be more pleased with my purchase. It runs amazing on all my games and brought a new light to my gaming experience.

Excellent pc and great quality although the mouse that came with the pc was broken but anything else the oc is great and excellent for the price

Great gaming PC! I bought this as my first gaming pc and it hasn't let me down yet! There were a couple loose wires but that was to be expected after shipping. This thing is a beast!

Was recommended to me from a Best Buy worker named Isaiah, I gave him a budget and showed me this. Couldn’t be happier for this to be my first gaming PC. The GPU works like a dream.

Can't recommend this for 1st time prebuilt buyers. If you don't know anything about prebuilts, didn't want to build one yourself, and took a risk to buy a prebuilt I can't recommend this. The cpu cooler is awful. It's not enough to cool your cpu during any intensive gaming session. Your cpu will either thermal throttle which means you won't get the performance you paid for, or your system will shut down during gaming sessions. If you've noticed this is it's because you cpu is getting too hot and turning off your entire system to try and protect itself. The day this PC arrived I went out and bought an all in one water cooler and threw the junk cooler this PC came with in the trash. They could have easily spent 10$ more on this prebuilt to put in a decent cooler. Now people who don't know anything about building PCs are buying this and will either have to return it or spend a considerable amount of time learning about building PCs to take it apart and upgrade their coolers. This is a product like any other and should work out the box up to spec. Selling people crap like this is what's keeping your average consumer from entering the PC gaming market. Why deal with all the mess when you can just go buy an xbox and have it work out the box.

This pre-built pc is not a let down at all. I normally play Call of Duty a lot so its pushing the frames I've been wanting. If this is your first pc its a must you get it.

The first apparent issue with the computer is the overheating problem that NEEDS to fix if you plan on doing any gaming or any high work load tasks. Upon getting the desktop, all of the fans were all exhaust and it's hard to not bring up how horrible CPU fan. Running game would instantly cause the light on the motherboard to glow red signing that the computer was overheating. But once all that is taken care of computer runs fine.
