I've been in the computer industry since graduating with degrees in programming and computer science in 2001. The industry has changed allot, but the basics remain. A fast processor, good graphics card and plenty of RAM is what you're always looking for in a gaming PC. This pc has what you want, no its not top of the line, for that you're paying much much more. Now, i no longer pay allot of games on pc, but i do play one that is a monster when it comes to specifications. Star Citizen is very hardware demanding. This pc plays that game very well, depending on where you are it sits around 45-60 FPS, Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy around 120 FPS. So for a pc that is affordable it does very well.

I'm very satisfied with this PC so far! While I haven't run any games on it yet, it runs my video editor just fine, with CPU temp at 34 deg. and GPU 40 deg. I'll update my review if anything goes wrong! PS: I did replace the stock CPU cooler immediately upon getting this PC with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition and swap the 2 right case fans from exhaust to intake after reading the reviews, so definitely look at upgrading the cooling. It doesn't have to be over-the-top, but a little upgrade goes a long way!

Great pre-built PC and it's definitely better than others and was at a good price. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to get a gaming PC for a while now but do not know how to build one so we looked into getting a pre-built PC. So far this one is amazing! Eventually, as certain graphic cards and stuff get better throughout the years, we will upgrade, but as for now this works great. I have no complaints. It looks very nice up on our desk. I'm not into PCs as much as my boyfriend is, but he approves as well. Would definitely recommend this to friend and family looking to get a pre-built PC.

So far.... so great. Beautiful running gaming machine. No issues setting it up.... keyboard fine. Could do with a wireless mouse..it came with wired..no biggie.. still works like its suppose to.. (Will upgrade by the way) .... satisfied so far.. will do a 6 month review.. !!

Bought this PC for streaming and playing some pretty heavy games, and it can do both simultaneously, and flawlessly. Was very easy to set up, and works like a dream. This is my second CyberPower PC and they have yet to disappoint.

Kudos to BestBuy since they have saved me some nerves with online purchase of CyberPowerPC desktop. The first computer delivered to my door did not even start up. Screen image with Gigabyte logo plus green dots/lines and darkness after that. Brief online investigation has revealed the cause: defective RTX 3060. Apparently there is a whole lot of bad NVIDIA video cards floating around with common symptoms: green dots/lines at boot-up. CyberPowerPC tech support guy did not even argue and recommended bringing computer to the store for exchange: I might have been not the only buyer with the same problem. The new computer has been delivered by BestBuy in two days. It has been working flawlessly. Differently from the rig with bad RTX 3060 there were plastic plugs in video card output ports which tells me that first computer might have been a return repackaged by manufacturer.

I bought 2 gaming PC for my kids. One was for my son last year, and one for my daughter this year. Both of them were good so far.

Monster processor, great graphics card, pretty good MOBO, the case provides amazing access for upgrades, Great wire management, mine fortunately came with decent MOBO, RAM, GPU, and power supply branding. I added 2 additional sticks of RAM for 32GB total.....The bad...and i mean the cheapest of the cheapeat went into the cooling system. CPU cooler is absolute trash. The 3 included case fans look good, but move half the air that corsairs do. I wouldn't even risk benchmarking it until i upgraded to a Corsair liquid AIO and 4 corsair 120mm fans. Overall the price and features cant be beat at the moment with inflated CPU and GPU pricing. Solod packaging and materials.

First, 5 starts to Best Buy, they were great for this purchase transaction. I purchase this PC for my daughter is getting more and more into gaming on-line. Thus far, everything has worked great except for one item. There is an issue with the WiFi on this build and it continues to shut off at the device level. I have to check the device drivers, which I updated as well, and either turn off WiFi, restart the computer, or other things on a daily basis. Within a few weeks the computer does not recognize the WiFi board. The WiFi connection is good and I know that is not the issue. I had to run CAT6 cable to the machine instead which was not the most convenient given the location but since I do not relay on the WiFi connection, zero issues with the machine and it is a great entry level gaming machine. I did buy a Cooler Master Hyper 212 to cool the CPU but held off on the install in case I had to return the machine. I will add that cooler later. but the CPU temps have not been alarming without it. I intend to use this computer as s starting point and upgrade over time to create a better machine with certain brand components that I prefer. I will say, this machine can be upgraded and I am happy about that - compared to other computer companies that create computer hardware layouts that are proprietary or are tough to upgrade with other component parts after purchase - I think we know the brands that do that :). Overall, even with the WiFi issue the computer is running fine on Windows 11 and no other issues thus far. Also felt that I received a great price for the unit when I purchased it. Going back to the 5 stars for Best Buy, I ordered the item and it was set to be delivered to my local Best Buy. The item was then back ordered and I had to wait a few extra weeks. However, Best Buy had great communication and kept me notified of the delivery progress. Item arrived a looter sooner than the initial delayed time frame and the local store was great to work with.

Great and Powerful PC... Great Price as well! after days of researching (probably weeks) I've ended up buying this Cyberpower pc for.... gaming and working Runs MSF2020 FPS-120 Max Grph smooth and clear not even kicking the fan... Definitively Worth it!

PC had to be ordered, so i was expecting at least a two week wait, especially living in rural alaska, but i was pleasantly disappointed when it showed up 4 days later! pc itself looks amazing, and would probably fit three of my other desktops in the case. setup was so simple, my grandmother could have done it. i can say these good folks and their fine product have earned a hearty recommendation!

This pc is good! I have had for quite some time no issues nothing! Runs games very smooth with almost no fps drops. The fan is also not that loud

Finally got my own PC and am over joyous with my purchase. Got one of the top graphic cards and so far its been great with everything I've been trying to do. The RGB Fans are amazing even though at some point i want to upgrade them into water cooling. Thanks CyberPower for an amazing PC appreciate it ^_^

I went looking for the ability to make my own PC through buying individual parts, which I found to be prohibitively expensive for what I needed to accomplish (almost $2100 total!). Then, I read a few reviews on CybrerPowerPC and reviews on similar specifications that I wanted in a gaming PC. I checked BestBuy.com and found a sweet deal on this system I now have for about $1200. I then upgraded a few things like the processor's heatsink and RAM storage, costing me still less than its quoted price. I did have to change the fans out because they were flipped backwards not letting in cooler air also (no big deal, but I gave it 4 stars because of this issue and the stock CPU heatsink--these would've caused massive overheats). It looks slick. It runs quiet. RGB mode looks fantastic. Windows 11 came up like a breeze. My programs installed quite nicely. And setting everything up took less than an hour. I'm glad I went this route... awesome gaming PC that still allows for some tinkering and upgrades for people like me. Thanks!

Great computer for a good price. Was gonna build a PC fpr my daughter and after looking at the costs of all the components (during covid component shortages) I realized for the power and speed I was looking for I realized it was a better deal just getting one that was ready to go one. Purchased from Best Buy and after talking to their PC sales associate and looking at all the different brands I decided to go with Cyberpower, they had a large variety of different models with different components so I was able to get what I was looking for at a good price without compromising on anything. plus was delivered when promised. I am very satisfied with my Cyberpower PC.

Guess I should be glad I got one at the price I did but, in hindsight, even at regular price it was a smoking deal. The specs on this thing are incredible and the performance has been spot on. Was skeptical because the price was so low and I was unfamiliar with the brand. By the time I read through all the reviews it was too late—they were sold out. Now I have kids fighting over it. My kids mainly play Destiny and Valorant online. Not sure if that makes for good benchmark reviews but this machine handles those games without a single hiccup.

Great PC if that runs games smoothly. I purchased this PC a while back and I am proud to say I have encounter 0 problems with it.
