PC is good and fast, terrible keyboard and mouse. have a lot of problems with the keyboard. If I didn't have problems with it this would be a 5 star review.

WOULD NOT BUY!!! this tower has done nothing but give me problems since i bought it. spent all my money on it and it does not even run games at all. it constantly crashes games due to a “CPU temperature error”. it’s not like i have the money to take it in for a repair either.

While it had no problems the first weeks after the purchase, it started crashing constantly soon after and blacking out the screen. I believe that the is a problem within the GPU. I also see that a lot of other people have this same problem. I think this deal is really a risky one since you might not know what parts could be damaged. For my situation, I think I need to find a local fixer or contact the manufacturer for this problem since I am not an expert in the hardware and need a professional.

Just bought this pc and everytime i play games the monitor shuts off and pc start running hot like its about to overheat!

This product seems great, but your geek squad cannot set it up. I am completely frustrated because the new computer is useless to me since your techs can't set it up, so I now have two non-working computers, after having spent a lot of money on this new unit, trying to replace my old broken computer.

Was sent a faulty graphics card. When I plugged everything in and turned it on I was prompted by a start up screen with the gigabyte logo with green dots everywhere. Shortly after the screen went dark. Found out that other people had the same problem. I had a faulty RTX 3060 graphics card.

Trying to get into PC Gaming and I was immediately crushed when I bought this pc and it game with a defective graphics card. With other reviews mentioning this defect, I would suggest buying a different pc.

Got my pc today and pretty sure I got a bad gpu as there are green lines going across my screen. Also caused me drop my good 144hz monitor because how frustrated I was and its broken now so thanks.

Worked great for 4 months and then all of a sudden it gave out. All the "big components" seem great but that comes with cheapish out on other stuff like motherboards.

I am sure the computer works fine but mine came defective. It could not run the games I wanted without crashing or blue screening.

PC keeps crashing when you play games or work on something heavy. I wish I could return this junk.

This PC is amazing It has a great processor, and a great graphics card. The only downside that I had with this pc was the cheap cpu cooler that kept overheating when playing high end games but other than that this PC is great. I do recommend to change the Cpu cooler to anything but the stock one

Has one of the tough built pc I have ever had. Holds up to its glory, it does not overheat, can hold more than a few tabs open, and can keep up with my higher graphic games. 10/10 would recommend.

I absolutely love my new Cyberpower pre-built. It has everything a gamer like me could ever dream of. The chassis style is very low profile. The glass panes allow for the RBG lights to shine bright in my dark room. The intel core processor is powerful for my games and for everyday tasks, and the RTX 3060 is the true gem of this build. I did have to get a new CPU heatsink and cooler since the pc would overheat and crash when running some games at ultra settings, but other than that, a very great gaming pc.

This is my first gaming pc and I really enjoy it so far. I decided to go the prebuilt route due to the chip shortage and it's really made things easy. The performance has been great. Running mostly mid range settings on warzone, apex, halo and fortnite and I'm getting about 120 - 150 frames. Really pleased with the pc for the money I've spent. Build quality seems to be great and it's really not a noisy computer at all. Definitely going to look to upgrade a few pieces in the future. Happy with what I have now!

Just bought my new beefy computer, I am still learning some new things with how much more powerful this computer is compared to my last one. So far I'm loving how it runs but I saw the reviews before about how the fan needs to be replaced and I can see why, other than that I think this is one of the better if not best purchase if you want a pc under 2k.

I am very satisfied with everything that this desktop has to offer. It has amazing performance, components, and aesthetics all for an amazing price! I've done quite a few different tasks on it so far (music producing, games, downloads, etc), and it all ran incredibly well without any signs of any problems! I am definitely pleased with this product!
