This is an amazing machine for its price. Every game that I play runs smoothly with crisp graphics. My PC was ready to go right out of the box. Very satisfied with this PC

System has been good. For the price I think it was a good buy. The reason for the 3 stars was because of the cooler. The only thing I had to change was the CPU cooler. I knew this maybe an issue with all the reviews I read on the system and it was for mine. The cooler wasn't enough for the i7-13700 and my system was always running at over 99C. I changed it out to for a Corsair 2 fan iCue. The three fan does not fit (for anyone wondering). After this change it has been working flawlessly. The stock cooler was okay for basic office work but any gaming and it couldn't handle the heat output.

I had my laptop quit working/powering up and look at the CyberPowerPC desktop to quickly replace the dead laptop. On the day of purchasing the PC and hooking everything up, it came right up. No need to plug any of the internal motherboard cables in. The PC booted right up. After 24 hours, I am very pleased with the results of the PC. Handles all the gaming I throw at it and all my work related programs. Runs exactly how it's suppose to, per the PC specs. Plenty of room within the case to upgrade as needed. I would highly recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone who is looking at getting a new PC and/or upgrading from their old systems.

I have been wanting a gaming PC for so long. For the parts and price as well as the assembly, this is an amazing computer. Everything came as shown and it works great!

Its a great computer. Runs any game i want especially the new ones on high/ultra graphics settings. Not a fan of it coming with windows 11 however, i also have been having issues where it randomly goes into sleep mode and wont come back on or the visuals glitch out and the computer becomes useless until i restart it.

Overally a very nice and sleek looking PC and the keyboard and mouse that came with it decent. However I feel this was more of a hassel than upgrade for me. Out of the box it instantly blue screened on me multiple times despite me checing all connects of the hardware before starting, just like the instructions told me to. There was issues apparently with the cooling and ram within the bios that I had to tweak before it could boot properly and stop crashing. Once the settings were adjusted, the computer does run well, but it's not the best in my opinion for it's price range if I had paid full price. Also starting with only 1 stick of RAM for such a processor just seemed cheap to me compared to the price. 3 stars due to it working, but it needed some extra work.

Works super well! While it's very big and can get a little warm, It makes it all back when it runs all of my games at great speeds also at a good price

I did not feel like building a new PC from scratch because my old system was quite old so I bought this pre-built. The system is built very nicely with fantastic cable management and it started on the first try after following the simple and direct startup guide. Everything about the system worked as advertised…with ONE MAJOR EXCEPTION. When I downloaded software to check thermals I realized that the CPU temps when playing games were very high as in reaching 100C. Idle temps were fine so it was not a mounting issue. I decided to replace the stock cpu cooler with the Thermal Assassin and temps went down by up to 30-40c. If you buy this PC you need to replace the CPU cooler ASAP or you will have major issues. This sucks for folks who have no experience with building PCs which is I’m assuming the majority of people buying pre-builds. However once I replaced the CPU cooler the PC has been perfect with zero errors.

This computer has been great. Pretty much plugged it in and hit the ground running. Has handled everything I have thrown at it very well.

Very fast and very quiet, I’m not using it for gaming. I’m using it for music production application and so far it’s doing a phenomenal job.

I needed something with crap ton of audio processing power and the ability to upgrade when needed. I do intensive audio editing in Cubase and this guy does the job quite well! Definitely recommend! Worth the money.

Great pc so far! Played a few different games and have had no issues at all. Very happy with my purchase. Super easy to set up

Purchased this computer today from BestBuy, and so far has been extremely solid. 150+ FPS on a few very heavy games. Cyberpower Support has been amazing while we resolved a few initial problems. Lots of added benefits as well (1 month Free Game Pass, $20 Amazon Gift Card, and a CyberPower mouse pad after registering). Excited to see how this thing performs in the long-run.

This pc is really fast now im going to test the gaming experience btw it came with only one ram stick

My son says it's fast and he's getting very fps on the most demanding games like Battlefield 2042.

So far great purchase no problems easy setup and reliable /quick too. Also great FPS as well

The staff were very patient with all my questions and extremely helpful in making sure the specs of the computer were accommodating to all my needs in development.

Never given me an issue besides my audio ports sometimes don’t work but otherwise a great PC
