this was my first pc and I love the way it looks the graphs card is really great and it run so smooth it a good pc to buy

I bought this desktop PC on sale, looking ahead to when I would need to upgrade from my Windows 10 machine. Just set it up, and I have mixed feelings about it. The speed is nice, and the software installs have been smooth. But some of my peripherals have been disconnecting suddenly, or not connecting at all -- 2 printers, headphones w/ mic, webcam. I finally narrowed the culprit down to bad ports -- USB-A & audio jack, specifically. The 2 most accessible USB-A ports (and one in back) didn't allow connectors to fully seat, causing poor connections that frequently cut out. While I've gotten a multiport USB hub as a workaround, it's still disappointing that the machine came with substandard or poorly-installed parts. I've since learned that CyberPower has a mixed reputation for quality. I won't be buying another of their rigs in the future, & recommend you don't, either.

It’s really good. Runs the game really smooth. A lot of storage and I really recommend getting this for the price it is.

Just got this new gaming system, upgrading from my old one. It is fast, looks amazing, and don't hear anything. So far loving this.

Awesome piece of hardware. My games have a breath of new life. They look fantastic at ultra settings with the Geforce RTX. Disk loading is near seamless with the SSD. I don't dread anymore when you click to a loading screen. There is no lag between my fingers and the onscreen action. My games are so much more enjoyable now.

The PC came very well packaged. Overall, I'm very happy with the performance and quality. A few issues: There was a strange noise coming from the computer for the first few weeks, but it stopped. I had issues with the ethernet connection - I updated the drivers but it'd still keep dropping my internet connection continuously. I switched to Wi-Fi and I'm not having any issues. The video card was giving me issues with the HDMI input, but it stopped when I switched to the display port. I didn't contact their support on these issues because I worked around them, but I may call when I get time to figure out the ethernet connection because I'd rather use that than wifi.
