Pc works well and quite powerful. But out of the box my Bluetooth wouldn’t work, tried replacing drivers but no luck. After weeks back and forth with CyberPowerPC tech support I was told I’d have to ship it to them for repair at my expense….. on a brand new under warranty pc….As annoying as it is to not have working BT I decided not to ship it. Far too much of a hassle.id recommend this pc though

Great PC, great price during Cyber Monday, only downside was it was shipped upside down, and marks were all over the box. Otherwise, it’s a great PC

Best system for the price, as of current prices I could not spec a custom system new with similar hardware for this price. All combined this is a great starter pc with name brand parts for easy future upgrades. Love this computer for the money.

Amazing PC for high end gaming, it runs everything. While the price point is a bit high for entry level, I would certainly say that this is a great PC to get if Video Games are a big hobby, and you spent a lot of time on your PC.

My son mad about this PC, he is so happy to have it!!! I’ll recommend it to anyone who wantsto play and have a great hardware that gives an incredible gaming experience !!!!!

My First Tower PC. Normally I purchase Gaming Laptops. Verry Please with my purchase. One complaint, fans can be loud. Keep in mind, does not have cordless mouse and keyboard. If that matters to you.

This is a Powerful computer and i love the colorful LEDs. It was plug in play and can handle many apps running at the same time. Easy to plug in monitors and the graphics card refreshes and looks very clear.

So far it's been excellent. No issues whatsoever. Computer is fast and smooth, right out of the box. Can play Fortnite and other games on close to high settings and still hit 120FPS or better. Great gaming computer.

Great buy! My kiddo plays steam. It runs smooth and it's quiet. Don't even need to put jt in high performance to play any game. Can play right out the box, no need for upgrade for about 7 years. Thanks yall

I bought it for my office use and it's more than enough for my task. Upgrading from a 7th gen Intel CPU this thing is amazingly fast, well built and no bloatware, I'm impressed by CyberpowerPC. Highly recommended to all!

Dope pc runs smooth for the majority of up to date games etc good purchase and it was super easy. The employee helped me through my options and showed me recommendations. Been going to this Best Buy for a while and they seem to do me right everytime. I’m trying to make sure I get the min 50 char.

This computer is awesome!! Customer service is also great. I bought my own RAM to upgrade what was on here. At first the monitor would not come, but then the customer service tech walked me through it and now it runs like a champ

Its a nice gaming computer, I've had this for more than 6 months and I didn't have any problem.

I purchased this computer when my old one unexpectedly died. It suits my heavy needs for gaming and my graphic design work, since it has the RTX 4060. It has run like a dream.

Do your research before buying! It easy to set up and good gaming!

I bought this PC for my son for Christmas and seems to be working pretty well for him. From reading other reviews, this is PC is thought of as a starter gaming PC but I think it is a pretty good bang for your buck. I plan on purchasing another 16GB of RAM but he really hasn't needed it as of yet. He did complain about fortnite lagging a little but it might have been a networking issue.

The whole setup is amazing for the price, even without the sale offering, it's a nice budget PC for beginners and the quality is great overall, if you're hesitating to buy it, the learning-curve it's non-existing.
