    i had a disappointing experience with this PC. The top USB ports did not work and the HDMI outputs from the video card were faulty, the Display port did work well. I ended up unplugging the cable to the upper USB ports in case they were loading down the motherboard. I tried various HDMI cables and ports both on the motherboard and monitor as well as an HDMI input to a soundbar, no output from the video card. I returned the computer to Best Buy and purchased a different version of CyberPower PC with an AMD processor and a 16GB 4060Ti.

    Little bit disappointed I opened the box, and it looked like the base was already used, it was supposed to be a new computer, never used, but other than that, it is working good.

    It’s a solide PC for just gaming , although it has been crashing when I run call of duty which I’m not sure why.. maybe it’s on my end .. still a really smooth and beautiful looking PC
