Great service, really excited to learn about this PC!

it amazing for the price i run everygame above 200 fps

So far a great PC, looking forward to using it for the next few years and it should be easily upgradable if it ever starts to lack.

I’m not happy with Best Buy’s knowledge about credit card “rewards.” I was mislead. I wanted a credit not rewards.

Everything’s working fine but definitely gotta get rid of that cooling system

It's overall a great PC, the only complant I have is that the CPU fan is very loud

Got it as a Xmas present for my sister and she loves it, high quality but pricey

Tried this PC for a week and returned it. Reasons: Very noisy fan, even with just normal streaming videos and zero gaming (and the MSI Center App to tweak the fan operation does not help much), video randomly freezes and when it does, it hogs other resources such as the internet speed this PC receives. Bought it because it was on sale over Black Friday. I do not recommend this PC at all.

This is a gift for Christmas, for my son. I am sure he will enjoy.

Bought this on sale on Black friday. Looked like a great deal. Lots of power. However windows 11 was not working properly. Called Cyberpower. The technician asked some questions then ended up sending me info on how to reinstall windows 11. It involved deleting some partitions which I was not comfortable with. I returned the pc to best buy and ordered another one …the exact model again. It arrived promptly…..however the graphics card was not working when I hooked it to my brand new monitor. Called cyberpower again. They tod me to reseat my RAM and then to reseat the graphics card. None of these worked so I took it back to best buy and got my money back. This was my second trip back to best buy 30 miles away to return a pc. Needless to say I am still looking for a new desktop.

Definitely a good starter pc. Would recommend for sure.

I can't accurately review right now since I've yet to be able to open or download an app. Simple apps such as the Microsoft store and the Xbox app. I am writing this review so I can register my PC. I will update the rating once I'm able to (hopefully) use it. Thanks.

Purchased this PC for my husband early birthday gift, we had to go and purchase more RAM because it could not run Warzone and would not open other games. The price is great but buyers beware you will need to purchase more RAM if you want to play games without lag.

Computer works fine, keyboard is defective. The #'s on the righthand side of board do not work. Might be a defective Num lock key.

Fans extremely noisy overall cheap quality for price and software problems.

Bought on Black Friday. Price was right. Computer had temperature issues immediately. Had to pull cpu and cooler to re apply thermal paste. Replaced stock cooler with Corsair 150 liquid cool l. Brought thermals from 80’s 90’s to 30’s 40’s Celsius Stock cooling fan failed shortly after and had to replace with Corsair fans to solve issue If you are not comfortable repairing or upgrading pc’s I would reccomend staying away from this. I bought this prebuilt knowing full well I could run into these issues but the price justified the risk based on components included So in summary Always be wary of prebuilt computers. If it’s an intel cpu and it’s air cooled you are going to see higher temperatures. Prebuilts are risky business if you are not able to fix computers.

Was excited about getting this computer. Got it all set up and couldn't access the microsoft store to download any apps. Had Geek Squad on the phone for several hours and even with them accessing my computer remotely they couldn't figure it out. They said there was a bunch of things missing in the software that is usually there. Finally just unplugged the computer and took it back to Best Buy and gave it to the Geek Squad there. The had to wipe the operating system and reinstall it. Works great now. Very disappointing that I received a brand new computer and it couldn't even function correctly and spend 2 days getting it fixed.

This PC worked fine for 3 months and the CPU fan stopped rotating. When I came into best buy for service they asked me to call CyberpowerPC. Apparently Cyberpowerpc won't allow best buy to ship it. When I called cyberpowerpc, they asked me to ship it to California at my own expenses. Warranty covers only covers repairing not shipping. I live in Atlanta, GA, shipping to CA is going to cost a lot of money. Why should I spend money on product they sold for which didn't work for more than 3 months. This would be the first and last time I would buy from CyberpowerPC. I would not be recommending this company to any one.

The case to me is cheaply made, flimsy. The computer has a great gpu(video card), but the processor speed is not worth it. Has a single stick of ram as well. I recommend spending a little more for a k or kf series processor. The only thing about this system i like is that it is upgradable but again if buying a prebuilt, i dont want to spend more money immediately to better the performance of it.

The pc is nice however if you are playing any kind of game for more then an hour the computer gets way hotter then it should.
