The pc is nice however if you are playing any kind of game for more then an hour the computer gets way hotter then it should.

This computer has been a nightmare. First computer received the SSD crapped out in 48 hours. Best Buy replaced it, but the second computer the Bluetooth doesn’t work. Geek squad has been unable to help. Checked in to see if someone else can fix it in 2-4 days. Very frustrating to gift something that doesn’t work. Kind of takes the joy out of the gift.

Gpu died on 2nd week now I gotta go through warranty and wait days for my gpu, if that doesn’t fix it I have to ship the entire pc out and wait up to 45 days to get it back

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he was so excited until he wasn’t. The computer took for ever to set up , first it wouldn’t connect to Internet , when it finally did it was super slow for everything. It didn’t let us download anything from Microsoft it was just horrible. Very disappointed

Terrible product will never buy one again to many issues display doesn't work don’t buy if you are not experienced with computer.

Heard great things about this pc ordered it picked it up got home noting was working right pannels wasn’t placed right not best buys issue more of the manufacturer issue had to take back and returned it and got a different one

Getting a $10 amazon card hopefully for this: This computer, for the price, is amazing. It's my primary gaming computer. My friend told me about it, as I'm not so technically advanced with pre-built PCs. The only thing I'll end up doing is upgrading the RAM with another 16GB. This runs every game perfectly. I have absolutely no regrets. The package for the price is a fraction of what my friends spent on their gaming setups, and mine is more advanced than theirs as of today.

GREAT PC! I bought this when it went on sale for Cyber Monday, one of the best purchases I have ever made. Now I can play games with my friends that are both on PC and Xbox. Cyberpower made it very easy to set up the PC (even with it being pre-built there is still some set up and Maintenace checks to do just an fyi). Even still, as someone who know barely anything about a PC, Cyberpoewr made it very easy to understand everything. Highly recommend this PC!
