Could even leave out the store with it working

Something told me make sure it works before leaving but i forgor to do so because i was so excited. Came home setting up everyrhing just to find out the display function wasnt working on both the graphics card and motherboard. Had it exchanged. Waited almost a week for the new one. Got it! But this time i made sure it worked before leaving. Just for another issue to happen with the power supply now!!!. Like these are suppose to be brand new but it feels like im being sold a used car!!!. Idk if its best buy or the manufacturer but i do know someone has to get their stuff together. Worst experience on buying my first desktop

They left out integral hardware for function.

Luckily I have a few SSD's ready to go. After instill the system still wouldn't work. Chalking this up to "Black Friday" madness for the manufacturer. BestBuy has been known for good customer returns and service. Will review after I get one that works.

Temperature Issues

I would be weary of buying this if you don’t know anything about computers or are uncomfortable replacing parts yourself. I expected there to be some issues, buying prebuilt can be a gamble.

Beware! Warranty is not a warranty

I purchased another CyberPower computer which lasted 6 months before it crashed and then I had to pay over $200 to ship it back to them under warranty. I will never buy this brand again. Terrible service for a computer "under warranty."
