This gaming PC was exactly what we wanted and was a great value. My son has been wanting a gaming PC and this PC did not disappoint. It’s fast, it’s quiet, looks great, and provides amazing graphics. We opted to add an additional double fan as the only thing we saw in the past reviews was that it would tend to overheat. We haven’t had any issues and would definitely purchase from this brand again.

Sick RGB setup, looks super cool with the clear side! It's got an RTX card, so it's def ready for some serious gaming. Neat cables and dual fans? Nice. This PC is fire!

Super fast PC. My son recently started playing games, and he needed a fast PC with high end graphics card. This configuration is the sweetest spot for us with very good deal. with I7-13700F and RTX4060Ti, you don't go wrong. This PC is really fast, and I did not have any noticeable issues so far. My son is very happy and playing everyday different games. Fan noise is reasonable for a gamer PC.

This gaming console is amazing Its fast, does everything my kids need, we will be adding a water cooler later, maybe some lit up memory sticks but its gorgeous, you can't beat these computers, it will take years for my kids to our use this. thank you best buy, this is a beautiful computer for 12 and up play simple games and i'm sure there is so so much more it can do.

PC overall is nice, bought during Black Friday so the price at the time was great for what you get. I think 16GB is enough for people, but I use heavy software such as After Effects / editing in 4K, so I would recommend upgrading to 32GB (what I did, but would have been nice to come with already). So far have not had any issues. Bonus that it comes with a mouse and keyboard, which can become a spare set if needed (already had items).

My son bought this for his first computer. He bought it mainly to play his games on it. It was on sale before Christmas and he really got a good price on it. He's been really happy with it and it runs all of his games without any problems so far. It came with everything a gamer needs without breaking the bank. Plus, it came a couple of days ahead of schedule.

This is my very first gaming PC. I use it for gaming and work. The PC was very easy to set up and use and plays all the games I normally play on Xbox and Steam. The only thing Negative I will say is the CPU cooling fan is a little noisy other than that I love this PC and the performance of the PC is great.

I bought a gaming desktop for the Black Friday promotions from best buy and while the price and specs were perfectly fine, there are a lot that I'm unhappy with about this device. The device is running on windows 11 which causes some sort of malfunction with the rgb lights on the fans inside the device, which then come up as a driver error on the computer. Which is somewhat annoying but not that big of a deal since i don't really care about the lights in there anyway. The real problem is that one of the fans is on constant max rpm. I don't know if the two are related but it makes this device super noisy all the time even when it's not even running any resource heavy programs and really has no need for that type of cooling. It's honestly reached a point of it being annoying enough that I'm going to have to box it back up and bring it back to return which is a HUGE hassle. Anyway, any solutions I've found online only talk about how to fix the driver error message from showing up but doesn't fix the actual problem. In conclusion, pretty good price point when compared to their competitor's prices, but ultimately you get what you pay for and even then i think paying $1200 for a desktop that annoys you isn't worth it at all. On a side note, this particular model was one that wasn't on display at Best Buy, now I understand why.

I know AMD is technically a better bang for the buck by specs... but as someone who have used multiple systems in parellel for years between both AMD and Intel, I have to say that there's practical differences for peer processors between AMD and Intel, and Intel just seems to run better, period. Couple that with the fact that Nvidia just seems better integrated with Intel card, I opted to pay extra for Intel system over AMD for a mid to mid upper tier gaming system. 4060 TI is definately not a 'upper end graphics card' by any means, it's what I would consider an entry level gamer card. But this computer is supposed to be a main system for a house, in which the core processer does really matter more to me than the gpu. I have another system that has 3090 but with ryzen 5900x, and I am frequently bottlenecked by the processor I can't get anywhere close to maximum performance that card is supposed to be capable of. Worry about processors. GPU can be swapped out, CPU needs to change entire systems. If you're going to be spending a thousand+ dollars, might as well go intel.

I'm not a gamer at all, but I bought this PC in order to do some casual video editing with 4K video. My old PC was a dinosaur, so I'm still figuring my way around using everything and I am amazed at all this PC can do. It is lightning fast compared to my old computer. I have no issues with it whatsoever and I'm looking forward more and more to learn what it can do.

We had an issue with the delivery of the product as it came earlier than expected. Usually that would be a good thing but we knew we would be out of town and did not want it sitting outside. Other than that the computer has been good and we have had no issues with it. The speed and graphics have been as expected.

This PC is great, runs everything on Ultra settings and gives me at least 120 fps. The only thing that is a negative is the fans. They can get loud, if you have headphones on you won't hear it but if you are playing a game without headphones its pretty noticeable. Other than the fans the PC is amazing and I do not regret my decision to purchase this PC.

great pc i’ve had it for 2 years now and i really love it! its def a starter that you can upgrade in the future. i upgraded my cpu air cooler & ill be upgrading the ram soon. i love it so much. just be cautious of if you’re running multiple programs that take a lot of power at the same time.
