Very impressed with the performance my last pc with a 3070 struggled to get 60 fps on dragons dogma 2 the beast gets 120 effortlessly I was actually blown away didn't expect that huge of a difference best upgrade experience simple set up was simple just needed to update was playing games Very quickly.

was pretty good experience overall best buy employee helped me find what i was looking for pretty quickly. i have reached out to cyber power support a couple times and they answer quickly and they were pretty helpful. unfortunately when i got home and opened the side panel up the CPU cooler clip thing was not attached properly but i called the number and they helped me and i got it back on no problem overall great experience

Coming from laptops and tablets to complete grad school. This is a game changer. The ability to have endless tabs open, while watch darn near anything is amazing. I can now also try to play games and edit projects for work and school. Additionally the staff helping was very knowledgeable and help full.

Does what I need to, runs most games, would recommend

Bought this pc one week ago and it worked fine the first couple of days. On day 2 or 3 it popped up with a window to download the MSI drivers. So i did. After that my background screen wouldnt stay on and the picture (set to change periodically) never changed. It would just go to balnk screen plus icons and tool bar. A couple of days later my computer would crash and reboot itself several times upon startup. I would have to physically push the power button to shut down, turn it back on, wait for the window to troubleshoot, go through the step to try and repair and it would say it was unable to fix the problem. However, it would allow me to log in and play. If i shut down the computer at the end of my session, i would have to repeat all steps listed above to use again. My husband called the manufacturer and they tried to walk him through the steps to fix the problem but it wouldnt recognize the cpu. They said it is a known problem and gave us the information and shipping label to return to be fixed.

This PC is great. I did upgrade the RAM to 32GB. but other than that, I haven’t touched it. I do stream and on occasion my game will crash with my other streaming applications open so that’s why it gets a 4 star.

I have never had a PC before, and I have so much fun with this one. I haven't had any problems with it thus far, and when buying it I didn't know it came with a keyboard and mouse so that's cool!

Love it!! My first gaming PC and I am so excited. So easy to set up and clear instructions. My only issue I am having so far is with my keyboard spacebar but I am planning on getting a different keyboard in the future anyway.
