Ram wasn't in its slot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good pc for the price, for sure but..When I unboxed it, I took it out, set it down and heard a rattling sound. I look inside and my ram card is just sitting there, unattached. I opened the case and had to snap the ram in myself. I get that things happen during shipment but the ram clearly was never seated properly and I expected more. Thankfully it works fine so far and I hope in continues to do so. Other than that, it's an awesome pc.
