This PC has been nothing but good for me. I had a problem with a fan and they shipped me a new one within a few days, and offered to support me in hooking it back up, but I got it pretty quick because of how well the cables were managed in the back of the PC. Overall a fantastic build at a great price

This computer to say in the least amount of words in disappointing. It is great at first and you will be very happy with it. Just like the reviews say with 5 stars, but the real deal-breaker in the reviews is "Owned for 2 weeks". Don't get me wrong this computer is an easy-setup and great for beginners but once you really look at it, it's just not as good as it looks. If you are trying VR don't even look at this computer for an option. Even if you upgrade the graphics card. The computer is just not able to do it for one reason... the motherboard. The motherboard is just HORRIBLE. First of all the motherboard is around the $50 price range. (Not a good start). Second, it does not support USB 3.0 which is needed for any PC powered headset. Even though the supposedly USB 3.0 ports on the top are USB 3.0, they don't work as a USB 3.0. What the company did was put an adapter so the USB 3.0 is a USB 2.0 internally because the motherboard doesn't support USB 3.0. Which is INANELY SHADEY so buyer beware of this. And just to top off the other components the, processor would have been ok during 2013, over 7 years ago this computer would have been "pretty okay". The notable things about this computer were just the case and the mouse and keyboard are pretty fine I guess, the mouse could be better. Anyways the power supply is 550W which is not enough for very many modern graphics cards. So there isn't very much room for upgrades if there is any at all. The graphics card in the base computer is just enough to run Rainbow 6 Seige at around 55 fps at low settings. The motherboard is also not upgradeable without just basically getting a new computer with better parts for a lower price. A lot of these parts in this computer are just old and outdated compared to newer parts. It would be cheaper to buy better parts and just build it your self. You would have a better computer for a lower price. It is really just a win-win to not buy this computer and just buy parts and build your own customizable one. I've had this computer for a while now and tried to upgrade it like anyone would if they have had their own computer and it's just not worth it. So PLEASE just build your own pc with better components and better performance with 600 or 700 dollars instead of this pre-built one for the same price. TLDR: This computer is outdated and old without very much room for upgrades without very expensive labor costs.

I recently bought this PC and so far have loved it/ The specs are good for both old and new gaming with room for upgrades and the product includes windows and a mouse/keyboard. This computer runs my games really well and i would recommend this PC to people willing to spend much but not too much.

I would definitely recommend this to a friend an di love how fast it is and I saw the reviews and they were great and I love the quality. I love that I can play quick and it doesn't do that loading blue circle and its very fast. I hope I can go farther into this journey with CyberPower.

After using a regular Dell for gaming, I received this one for Christmas. It has great performance speed! I’d say one of the best performing computers anyone could ask for. I also love the transparent side where it lights up and you can see through it. I love this computer!

this pc is awesome it was really easy to setup, and i like their choices, i was doubtful of getting a radeon graphics card but i was wrong! it out-performs the gtx 1650 (most comparable) in almost every way! i would definitely recommend this pc!

I bought this pc a few months ago and i love it so much. Ive had no problems out of it and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking into switching over to pc gaming. Since i got this i dont even play anything else other than my pc.

I bought this on cyber Monday and so far all good things! It can run all the games I want to play and the packaging and design are great! If your on the fence about getting a new PC but don't know which one to get, I'd recommend this one.

I have had this PC for a month now and have minimal complaints! Once you get passed the typical computer bugs with audio/Bluetooth paring you will be satisfied. This PC is good for gaming, but if you want to run 240 frames/better graphics I would suggest upgrading. Overall B-B+ grade from me

Bought this today at first it wouldn't turn on I just had to secure the wires a little better nc of shipping I was told but I've downloaded frontline and gta5 both play flawlessly fast loading and boot up highly recommended for beginers

My mom got this for me for Easter, and I love it! I have always wanted to play games like my brothers, but my laptop couldn't handle it. This is my absolute favorite!

This was my first computer and it runs exceptionally well. The resolution is much better than my laptop can run and am quite happy with the results. Also, pick up was easy and efficient, ordered on the same day too.

This is a great PC for people who are planning on playing games that aren't very demanding, don't have the time, tools, or even know how to build a PC. I use it a lot for google stadia which it is perfect for with it's very good graphics card. would reccomend.
