    This PC is horrible. Well, it worked GREAT for 3 months and it is total garbage. Explain how a PC could only last 5 months? Here is why I give this 2 stars. I just found out that 1 of the graphics card fans never ran. 5 months and now just finding that out. The CPU is bottlenecking the GPU. I only get 60 FPS when you stated this PC can get over 200 FPS. I invested so much money into this PC for nothing now. Thanks CyberPowerPC, you just stole almost 4000 dollars from me. I would sue your company if I could. Disgraceful!

    It is a great gaming pc for first timer, but i did not get the free xbox pass code. it says it includes the free xbox pass code but i did not get it, i can't find the code on the receipt or in my email.

    Bought as Christmas present and worked one day

    We bought this as a Christmas present for our son. It started right away after being plugged in and worked great on Christmas Day. The next day he went to turn it on and now it won’t work. Returning it was apparently not an option for Best Buy as they are going to diagnosis it and get back to us. If it is a software issue, they said we would need to pay for it. Beyond disappointed and now my son is without his present.

    Audio issues

    Always something wrong...

    This is the first negative review I've written, so hopefully that shows how frustrated I've gotten. I got my cyberpowerpc for black friday at a great deal after contemplating getting it or another device, but as I havent had a computer for years, I gave in and got it. After two weeks with it, while I was gaming, I hear crackling next to me and jump away as I smell smoke and see sparks in the case. After taking it back to the store, the manager or area lead was nice enough to just replace it after seeing the psu had just spontaneously burned out. NOW I HAVE A SECOND CYBERPOWERPC and this one lasted a month and a half before it started giving me troubles. Two of the cooling fans stopped spinning and the pc would reboot while gaming, so maybe it overheated. Upon calling Cyberpowerpc support, they just repeateded everything I searched online about the cables being loose. To their credit, I guess they were right because I opened her up, and just checked the connections, barely did anything, and the fans ran. However, it would continue to reboot, now even more often. So perhaps it's a psu problem? I have never had this many problems with buying products in my life and am currently trying to find a fix because when it works, it's great and fun to use, but I feel like I bought an old car that constantly needs maintenance.

    Software issue

    I had the pc for about a month, it was working fine, however one day it randomly shut down and stopped working. The pc was running fine and turning on but the monitor, keyboard, and mouse could not connect. I tried other alternatives and it still will not connect anymore. I don’t know if it’s either a software or hardware issue.

    Not happy but great computer.

    I got the computer this morning and I have been trying to get a good internet connection for the PC. The computer does a horrible job of picking up a good signal from our wifi. We tried the ethernet cable and that worked great. But it cannot do a good job with wireless internet. I’m very mad and I hope there is an easy fix.

    I don't get the hype

    The wife got this for me for Christmas as a upgrade to my current HP...I do a lot of video editing and frankly I'm not impressed...It's about as bare bones of a system as you can get. $100 video card and 2 hard drives..about a $30 ssd and the 1TB you can grab for about $100 give or take...I still haven't figured out how to take out the 1 TB disc...I squeeze the clamps but the HD won't budge..There are literally no instructions that came with this and finding info online is freaking near impossible..It even came with extra parts in the bag..For what? No instructions to tell you...And as far as video goes...My 1080P stuff is choppy and jaggy as all get out,,,,and 4K forget about it...it does come with a ton of USB ports which you will need if you want to hook up some external drives or media players, as this comes with no DVD or blueray player,,I don't know how games would play good if it can't even play a 1080P movie...,If it wasn't for the fact the wife would get upset, I would be taking this thing back....

    I bought this “Gaming” pc as my first pc and it is terrible. The screen will flicker and cut out.. it crashes alot after a few moths it will start to run slow. I have boughten a entire new graphics card more ram. Just replacing 2 Parts has cost me half the price of the actual pc the screen stopped cutting out for about 2 months and after that it went right back to how it was. Please do not buy this u can get a way better pc if u build or let someone else build it and if that is not a option then go to a different website and do re search before u buy.

    Worst computer I have ever purchased!! Unauthentic Windows system. Kept crashing. Wouldn't pick up our wifi. Called the company for assistance and was told there was nothing they could do. On their website FAQ forum found this to be a major problem with this company. Best buy was AMAZING with their customer service!!! I took the computer back and exchanged it. We upgraded to the OMEN. If you are on the fence because of funds don't go for this company's product!! Hold out for the more expensive. The OMEN by HP is well worth the extra funds...

    Poor Quality

    Absolute garbage. Within one month of turning this thing on I got the Blue Screen of Death. Besides that, I've had ongoing issues with getting a "No Signal" on the monitor as well as it just plain shutting down and restarting for no reason. After speaking to my local Geek Squad (the only silver lining) I found out that not only was it not packaged properly by CyberPower, the GPU driver was not updated. Save your money and look elsewhere for a gaming rig. CyberPower's return policy speaks for itself.

    Don’t buy

    I bought this pc a little over 6 months ago and the the tower started to crash constantly. I finally found out that the graphics card was bad. When I took it to a friend that works on computers they were very surprised to find that I couldn’t run the computer through the onboard. I’ve learned a lot about computers through this process and I wish I could go back and never buy the POS.
