Purchased on 7/24/20 and received it on 8/12. I plugged it in and it keeps saying no signal.(I pluged into the gpu not the motherboard).Later when I open it to check if there's any loose cable and guess what i've found. The gpu was hanging and did not plug in. The IO shield that attach to the gpu is BENT. Also there is a tiny screw fall out inside and I dont know what is it for.Overall, im very disappointed. Will return tomorrow.

Day 1: “Windows unable to create recovery drive” while using brand new 32GB flash drive. Day 2: Bluetooth issue; “This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE” Nice computer that has turned into a birthday fail. Unhappy kid w no sound on any games. Don’t make the same mistake as me; buy the extra warranty service plan.

This is my first gaming desktop and I haven't found any problems with it so far!! It runs very smoothly and is NOT loud at all!! I love how you can change the colors on the tower which makes it real nice.. I also love how you can change the color on the mouse and depending if you go up or down the sensitivity changes which is nice when you're gaming! The keyboard is pretty cool too because you have all of these buttons that you need when gaming ( Headset button, skip, mute, internet, volume up or down... ETC) I really love this gaming desk!

Well Im new to the gaming world via PC. I actually use some software that needed some better hardware than my current pc had so I decided to hit a gaming pc....play some games and have a better unit...Win Win! So far this thing is amazing! Easy set up, VERY WELL PACKED, and looks beautiful and seems well built as I did research for months before I made this purchase online and IN RETAIL STORES. I wanted to check build and quality and while they all seem ABOUT the same CyberPowerPC just kinda stuck with me. I love the fast boot up.....and the speed of this PC. I did purchase a 27" MSI LED Curved Monitor with a 144 HZ Refresh Rate (returned the one in pictured) to go with it so Im really loving this set up right now. I will be clear, the instructions for the pc when unpacking says to check all connections to be sure nothing came loose or unplugged during shipping. I looked it over and all seemed to be OK. Tonight I noticed (4 days later) that there is a hanging loose plug (see photos) that VERY WELL could be a unused female as I could not find a port close to it that looked like it was in need of this. I will write Cyber directly and see what kind of customer service I get. Guys so far all seems well and I also forgot to tell you that this PC is AMAZINGLY QUIET!!! All the fans in this sucker and its is almost UNNOTICEABLE!! Great Job Cyber! I will update yall in a few months on my review of this unit as I use it heavily along with Customer Service response and speed of the questioned hanging plug! So as of NOW I would HIGHLY recommend .......

The pc has great graphics it can run most games at high settings and is still smooth and maintains a good FPS, it’s definitely a great starter pc and it’s inexpensive it’s also a good base to start with and is easy to upgrade parts.

I've had this pc for a few months now and it is nothing shorter than awesome! It runs most games at a high FPS but you might have to notch down the graphics a little bit. It is capable of running them on high graphics there might just be a little lag. For the price, this PC is 100% worth it. As a nice bonus, it looks really amazing from the side with its wire management and RBG lights. The keyboard and mouse it comes with are a nice bonus as well as they are both pretty good quality.

I. Love. This. Computer. Before I had this slow all-in-one HP computer and man was this an upgrade. I am a college student and this thing is just as good at multi tasking and productivity as it is at running games. This case itself is very sturdy and the inside is beautifully lit by the fan lights. I would not recommend hiding it behind your desk or anything it is very nice to look at and captures your attention when you walk in the room. It is very fast and runs multiple programs at once without skipping a beat. Sometimes while I'm queuing in game I can surf my browser and pick music on Spotify without it slowing down. I highly recommend for entry level PC gamers. Only time I faced a problem was during my initial set up- it would not turn on once I plugged it in. A few things couldve been loose from shipping so I just pushed in the cables connected to the power button and it turned on! Windows 10 very easy to set up once you connect to a monitor and it is very quiet as well. I play Overwatch mostly on normal settings averaging at 84 fps. Radeon app also very helpful when it comes to viewing the performance of your PC while playing. Overall an excellent machine and recommend for multitasking gamers.

Purchased this for my son (he’s 12) and my husband was a little skeptical at first. We have it all hooked up and running and it is a great PC for the value! I think my son will do just fine with this and he is really impressed with the set up and the lights.

It's pretty good. Much better than my old laptop haha, I could hardly run any games, it would be so laggy and have a terrible framerate, but with this computer, it is much, much better and I can actually play recent games. The colors are really pretty and setup is super easy. I like that it can also be upgraded as well. Didn't use the mouse or keyboard it came with but those would be nice editions if someone didn't have them already.

I wouldn't lie, you probably can get a better pc by purchasing a pc by parts, but if you are like me, a person who dont want to spend more than 500$ to broke some parts by making a mistake, this pc is a really good option. This little monster, as I like to say, is a pc who can run actual and old games without problem. Clearly, you are not going to play all at the best resolution, unless you want to have you ratio of fps below 60. But also most of the games always are at high-medium graphics, who is a pleasure to the view. This pc, have the enough space, to have a good collection of games downloaded, so you wouldn't have any problem to have big games as World of Warcraft, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Halo Collection, Destiny 2, Gta V, and more, without lacking of space. The personalization of the rgb is basic, and that is not something bad. You can easily change the colors and patrons with only 2 buttons. And talking about the complements, both, the mouse and keyboard, are really good a give comfort to big hands, such as mine. And I say again, before end this, this is a comfortable and good election, if you are starting on this world of gaming pc.

Bought this as my very first owned gaming PC and It’s been awesome so far! I’m still a bit new on pc games and this PC gave me the ease of use. It can run two survival games that I downloaded on steam and runs the game with at least 90-100ms both running at the same time! No lag. No stutters. Great Graphics. Great Performance. Best purchase for my budget!

This is the best PC you can buy for its price. All the parts that come with it is a great starter for your gaming experience. I bought my own CyberPower PC a couple of months ago, and it hasn't let me down when playing games such as GTA V, Rainbow 6 Siege, C.O.D. and much more games. Some PC brands lack great qualities that this PC has, some don't have an SSD, bad graphics, or a bad processor. With this low price, I don't have to compromise. I recommend getting this PC.
