Such a beautiful system!

I needed something that i can do school work but also gaming and other side hustles i plan on doing during this quarantine. The RGB lighting is gorgeous and the system runs smoothly. I haven't had any problems so far and i cant wait to find out what this baby can do! Would 100% recommend!

Good pc but broken keyboard

Pc functions well, other than the part that the RAM is not enough for MMORPGS. I will definitely upgrade the RAM myself. However, keyboard is BROKEN! My “T” is stuck with my “R”. Whenever I press my T, the R comes with it. And I cannot even type capitalized “T”. Called Best Buy, the lady was like oh we cannot do anything other than number 1, return the whole pc along with the keyboard, or number 2, just buy a new keyboard yourself. Okay! Thank you Best Buy! Not helpful at all.

Bought 2 and 1 bombed

One is running fine no issues, 2nd one after about a week started with wifi issues, and then bluetooth issues, and then finally would not post. Ended up replacing Ram and shifting to USB WIFI for connectivity. I would suggest getting the 1 year protection plan if you are going to buy. Awaiting Cyberpower's response to my request for refund for parts replacement.
