Initially they refused to replace it but after many phone calls and some hassle I got my money back. I immediately came to best buy to buy a PC. Should have started here honestly. sounds great, LED's look amazing. Best part; IT TURNS ON! 10/10

1st computer defective

I could not get in touch with anyone from Cyberpower customer service. I ended up returning the original computer to Best Buy. I did however end up ordering another one; I thought that I had bought a lemon. It is a great deal for a gaming computer, and my kiddo likes the computer (2nd one). We hope that the computer will last.
