I checked and the graphix card was not sitting right and the latch was broken. I took it back to bestbuy and they issued me a replacement. Fast and easy even with this pandemic. So far I check that everything was good. Nothing broken. Working awesome. My wife is using it for video podcasting. Love it.

Perfect starting setup for new PC users

The case is sleek and the rgb lighting look great in the case. The only drawback is that there is no way to modify the rgb lights on the mouse through a driver. We plan on adding on to the pc for extra storage and what not. Overall this is definitely a wonderful gift to yourself or anyone for that matter.
