Really bad battery

The week I bought it, it was running amazing. It could handle all my games with no frame drops. After a week of use it didn’t turn on at all. I’m pretty sure the battery was defective or something. I also had a bad experience returning it as well. When I took it for a return they tried to find a way to not give me my money back saying it was missing the battery. I told them that isn’t possible. The people there has no knowledge of how PCs are set up and pointed to where the battery was. Of course they were able to find it after I told them, but just the fact they didn’t know where the battery is held is very concerning. This pc is great but you just run the risk of getting a defective unit

If you are referencing the power supply unit, it will be located on the bottom corner on the back of the PC.
