Came used

It was obviously USED .Son needed laptop or desktop for remote learning so I couldn’t return because they were sold out . Also keyboard doesn’t light up except for 2logos that you can’t turn off when desktop is powered off .

Wow terrible quality control

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hooked up pc to find it has no Power, Turns out that the power button connector was not hooked up to the correct pins, while fixing that I also discovered the locking clip for the PCI express card was broken off and the video card was unseated. after getting those issues corrected the pc booted fine and runs smooth but now have discovered the included mouse is pretty much destroyed. Fortunately, I had enough knowledge about building PC's that I was able to get this up and running for my son to play on Christmas because I'm sure a lot of kids out there are going to be stuck not being about to use their new PC today . No excuse for such poor build quality and QC.
