    I’m glad I bought the warranty because I bought it for my son for graduation and he opened it one day after the return period expired. The computer lights up but the hard drive never boots up. I’m having the warranty company send someone to the house to look at it. What a joke!!

    THE worst PC broke after 4 months. Trying to contact customer service several times and was on hold for 40 minutes and get disconnected. Tried called in during a Tuesday afternoon and was told by a machine that no was working! Don't purchase anything from CyberPower!!!!!!

    Too expensive for low-end items

    It's a micro ATX motherboard ryzen 3 and Radeon 570x a 1 terabyte hard drive and 240 gb ssd has no ability to upgrade unless you replace everything but the case you can buy everything for a full-size tower with a thousand watt power supply he still come under $600 Do not buy

    My son gets really high pings he has to be hardwired with an ethernet wire to get a good signal. We have another pc in the same room that was half the price and works twice as good. Wish we could return it.

    Original purchase went to sleep and never woke up after 3 days. Returned to store and ordered a replacement. Next one came with the RAM loose and several wires not connected. Wouldn’t even start. Returned to store and gave up. Went with another product....

    After 2 hours of using this computer, the screen went black. I brought it in to get checked and they ordered me a new one. Weeks later we picked up the new one. When we plugged it in the graphics card fan wouldn’t come on. We had to return that one too.

    When picked item up could not beleive condition

    Item damaged returned did not work waiting on another one to be shipped service poor when returned. Christmas gift my child needs tocwait for dissatisfied completely for money it cost. Purchase fate 12/30 is 2nd one to replace difected item.

    This computer constantly black screens and had to be restart. It also would say low memory and get to 95% memory and wouldn't allow any programs to run even tho all programs where closed not real reliable but I guess u get what u pay 4!!!

    I bought one and it did not turn on the first day I bought it so we ordered a new one 9 days after buying it the computer would not turn on and they would not return it or fix it. 700 dollars gone

    So disappointed. The first PC had unconnected wires and dent. The second PC, would not connect to anything. Don't reccomend this brand. Buy a OMEN, Great PC, but twice the price.
