The computer arrived and never worked.

The computer lights up but the hard drive never boots up. I’m having the warranty company send someone to the house to look at it. What a joke!!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING from Cyberpower!

Trying to contact customer service several times and was on hold for 40 minutes and get disconnected. Tried called in during a Tuesday afternoon and was told by a machine that no was working! Don't purchase anything from CyberPower!!!!!!

Too expensive for low-end items

Don’t recommend for online gaming

We have another pc in the same room that was half the price and works twice as good. Wish we could return it.

Didn’t work

I brought it in to get checked and they ordered me a new one. Weeks later we picked up the new one. When we plugged it in the graphics card fan wouldn’t come on. We had to return that one too.

Pc crashes alot and won't turn on.

Not good

worst computer I ever bought
