Ordered for my son he waited almost a week to get delivered set up same night just to find out it had a short in the motherboard! One day very disappointed coming straight out the box!

Before getting this PC, I had an old HP that was completely crap at doing stuff. Couldn't multitask well, couldn't do well graphics. I got this, and my entire world has changed. The Ryzen 3 processor is amazing at multitasking, and stuff loads faster than ever before. The graphics are much better than what I had before. The keyboard and mouse are also very nice by my standards. All in all, definitely the best computer I've ever owned, being my first gaming PC. I would definitely recommend this to someone who's just getting into PC gaming. The current 599.99 price on this is a great deal that you should take while you have the chance!

Windows 10 crashed after 2 days giving the blue screen from hell. My son got this as Christmas present and got do devastated. This product should not even be in the market.

It works fine but the fans dont work and when I went to find out why I discovered that there are 7 cords just laying not plugged into anything. Horrible product

Package was a week late tookhlurs on the phone to find package and when it was delivered the package was DESTROYED when delivered and prices were damaged and loose

I bought this product and i was working fine for a week unfortunately one day i went to power it on and it would not display to my monitor would not recommend

I have tried the store, geek squad, and the company. Cannot get a hold of anyone and cannot get monitor to work. The directions received do not match device

I had to send the product back due to whenever it went to sleep, all of the desk top and task bar icon would disappear. Product purchased on 9-2-2020.

I recently bought this PC only yesterday and well I'm impressed! It was easy and quick to set up and I couldn't believe it actually came with a keyboard and mouse. Both of the items being superb (Especially the keyboard, I love the click clack). It also has no problem running games either, you may have to fidget with the settings on certain games but I haven't experienced lag on a game yet. I say game as the browsers a different story, actually getting to a site or anything will sometimes take up to a full 20 seconds before loading. Course I can't tell if this is my internet or not but it's plugged in through a ethernet so I believe there shouldn't be a problem. But besides that last bit? I'd definitely recommend.

I will start with the bad. There is only one negative thing I can say about this set up and that is that my RAM had gone bad within one week of owning this device. You can tell that the item was hand packed and I wonder if the RAM was touched without the precautions in place. I upgraded the RAM to 16GB (a relatively cheap upgrade) and I have had minimal issues with this computer so far. After updating Windows and the GPU driver, I have not had any issues with this computer. THE GOOD: - I can play any game I have tried to load! TF2, CS:GO, Rocket League, Tomb Raider, GTA 5, etc. I have also been able to stream whilst playing these games at high settings. - There are safeguards you can set in place that will warn you if your CPU or GPU are getting too hot (though I have never had that issue). - It comes with a NICE MOUSE (9 buttons, removable weights, adjustable sensitivity) and a good keyboard. - It has a lot of flashy lights and LEDs which to some may be cool, but I did not care for them personally. I was glad to see that I could customize them (or turn them off completely) with ease. - Out of the box, after set up and a few updates, I was ready to go. No extensive setup required. Anyone could get this device ready to play games within an hour of powering it on. THE BAD: - The RAM was bad. I kept getting "blue screens" and I had run a memory diagnostic and immediately discovered the RAM was bad after starting that test. I was able to resolve this by upgrading the RAM. - My keyboard has a key or two that just don't feel right. They feel "mushy" and stiff at the same time. Luckily, the key in question the "Insert" key, which I seldom use. I have not attempted to clean the keyboard to resolve this, as it is not a key I use enough to mind. - The keyboard does not have LEDs! The mouse and computer case have a matching light scheme (you can toggle through different colors or turn them off), but the keyboard doesn't match this. No backlit keys. OVERALL: The good outweighs the bad, greatly. The issues with the RAM and keyboard are fixable by replacement. I suspect that Best Buy or the manufacturer would have replaced the RAM (or warrantied the whole PC) at my request, when I had issues with the RAM, but I had intended on upgrading that anyway so I did not seek a warranty replacement. Though I did register it with the manufacturer.

The computer stopped working after a year. Performance is ok for normal use, not suitable for gaming.

I purchased this pc for my daughter 3 months ago and already have an issue with the motherboard. It has to be returned to manufacturer.

I was very afraid this pc would give issues, however I was pleasantly surprised that it works great for gaming! I can run games like fortnite at max graphics, at a full 60fps while still multitasking! I would heavily recommend this pc for anyone looking for a cheap pc to get into gaming. I haven't had it for very long, if stuff starts going wrong I will update this review accordingly, but I'm loving it so far. My only complaint is that it did none come with a cord to connect it to my monitor, luckily hdmi works just fine.

Nice, but video card can’t handle Graphic design (Photoshop, Ill, Indesign) programs.

Graphics card and storage aren’t what they say it is I have a pc I build I was going to get one in customize it for beginners

The system was garbage as was the customer . A waste of money . You should watch what digital storm with there systems .

kept freezing and smelled like burn when I turned it on and made a high pitched noise

This PC runs very slow i would not buy another one for anyone running games. The down load speeds are worst at best.

After having this for only 6 months we got a BSOD (blue screen of death) and can no longer use our PC.
