I recently got this for lease and I got a pretty decent deal on it though I regretfully found out there was a cheaper PC with a gtx but aside from that it's pretty decent spec wise. You could get more if you built it yourself but as someone that can't deal with that, This is a nice PC for beginners looking to get into PC gaming though it won't beat a PS4 or a pro. A few concerns arose however when the USB ports all stopped working and I was forced to disable and re-enable them later. Also the thermal paste is questionable as.. It's constantly at 90 degress Celcius... or farenheight... Either way I'm satisfied!

My hang up with this machine is that their is no built-in room for expansion. Say I still wanted a CD/DVD/BlueRay player. Not in this machine :( . The Form Factor is nice but the mother board is minimal. There are no expansion slots available.

So I was looking into buying some parts and putting something together. Through my searching I found this prebuilt option and realized that it had a lot of the same stuff already in it that I was looking at. I decided to just go with this prebuilt because most of the stuff was the same and there is plenty of room to upgrade within this unit. The site is wrong in the sense that it has a 6 core processor not a 4 core. That's a plus obviously. The graphics card being the AMD RX580 works well keeping Shadow of the Tomb Raider (highly graphic demanding game) at 60 FPS maxed out on 1080P. My TV isn't 4k so I don't run 4k. Yes I'm a dinosaur in this sense but that's besides the point. This graphics card will probably be ok with medium graphics with 4k but it isn't much to invest in a next level graphics card and swap it out quick. The reason it doesn't get a perfect 5 star from me is the keyboard.... I know its a little petty but even though it looks nice and all, the enter key is smaller with the \ next to it which is annoying to me. Its the ISO layout (still has full size left shift) and I prefer the ANSI layout which has a bar style enter key with the \ above it but below the backspace. It also feels more like a membrane keyboard rather than a mechanical. It feels nice to type on but you don't get the key feedback that a lot of people really like. They feel soft but I can't knock it too much. It gets the job done. Over all I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get into a GOOD above entry level system. Its a nice bundle and it looks and runs great. Just before you plug it in, do a quick check to make sure everything is plugged in correctly and fire it up. This thing is lightning fast and people have been able to over clock these CPUs to about 4 Ghz at 1.4v and hold on a stress test for a couple mintues before CPU temps reach 80 degrees C.

I love this computer. Was not a huge fan of the mouse and keyboard so did upgrade. My only gripe is the security software preinstalled. I prefer to use different software that doesnt constantly give me notifications and push me to pay for a subscription . I actually got 2 of my friends to buy this after I did.

This is a great computer, but the thing is stunted by the manufacturers choice to use a mini-ATX board in an extended ATX case. To you non tech nerds this means you cannot expand it very well with upgrades. Those planning to update to dual SLI graphics are out of luck. To top this off the case comes with a fully programmable lighting system out of box however the motherboard chosen is not compatible with the cases lighting and your left with developer presets. That's not to say the motherboard chosen doesn't support RGB lighting, the manufacturer just overlooked getting the correct part (likely for price, but this could have been an oversight. It still looks pretty.) That said, the equipment used isn't garbage and this computer could be used to make a decently powerful gaming rig, as long as you're not planning to make it insanely powerful. The components here could also be used as is to make it smaller form factor for fairly cheap by just swapping the case. This computer is not a bad option if you're just looking for something that performs with decent graphics.

I purchased this for 799.99 plus sales tax, fees, surcharges, etc. It came with 2 free games that I barely play. Now it is on sale for 679.99 without the 2 free games. They are saying you save $120 if you purchase now. The games were not free. I paid $60 per game. Today, I know it is a better buy now and not a best buy then. You are better off saving the $120 now so you can upgrade the RAM like another reviewer mentioned already. It only comes with 1 stick of 8GB of RAM. I bought a dual-stick 8GB each PNY RAM 2.666GHz from Best Buy as well to upgrade the RAM to 16GB total. I have not figured out how to enable XMP/AMP on the BIOS to get the advertised 2.666GHz yet. I believe it is the AMD motherboard not allowing me, but I will keep trying. I do see XMP listed on the BIOS but Profile 1 and Profile 2 are showing blank, and I cannot select either one. I’ve been researching how to enable XMP/AMP since I upgraded the RAM. I give this product 4 stars because it is a good midrange starter for PC gaming if you do not want to spend the time building your PC from scratch, but it was definitely not the best buy then.

Ordered the computer online. When it came in the graphics card wasn't working, got nothing on the display. Took it back to the store where they exchanged it for one on the shelf. When I got it home it worked but I still had to do some adjustment. There was a bundle of wires running down into the bottom of the tower and a zip tie holding it all together was interfering with one of the fans on the graphics card, wouldn't allow it to spin. I pushed the bundle of wires down, making sure they stayed there and the fan kicked on. Haven't had a problem since. Shouldn't have had any problems at all, but at least the store made it right.

I bought this PC for my wife and daughter for them to play their games on and I am really impressed on how well it runs. My PC is over $3,000 this only cost me about $800 after tax was well worth the money. The only thing that I have a problem with on this PC is there's only a few LED color changes I also don't know for sure if I can turn the LED colors off completely.FYI when you're hooking up your monitor hook it up to the GPU not the motherboard it should come with instructions saying to hook it to the GPU!!!

It's really not a 2 TB and when asked I was told " I guess they just rounded up." The processor is slow more times then it isn't. A lot of lag when it comes to streaming. Also, I DOESN'T come with a capture card even though I was told that there was one in it.

Over all I'm ever so happy with the CyberPower computer. The Geek Squad staff at Best Buy certainly helped me to make the right choice! However, quite often I'm unable to drag documents I've opened to re-position multiple documents. We are tech support members and they have been able to assist remotely; they have been so helpful - Kudos to your off site tech support! I'll contact them again re this minor irritation.

Love this computer. So happy I can finally play some games again. The only drawback I have with this computer is that all the setup for getting the lights to go wasn't working out the box. Everything was essentially unplugged for the lights. I still can't get them all to work, but I do have at least Green lights going on my PC now. I do wish I could get the lights going more.

I really like the lights that illuminate from the tower. It does have built in WIFI which is really great. I wish the computer had multiple HDMI Ports because the monitors I have were only HDMI and VGA and this computer has 1 HDMI and 3 DP Ports. Which isn't too bad if you have the right adapters. This computer does exactly what it's named for: gaming. And it does it pretty well, you can expect a 30-50 FPS average for most games,

Well I've only played two games on it Rainbow 6 Siege and Fortnite. And it works fine for those. Max graphics for fortnite and mid-high graphics for rainbow 6. It makes a weird grinding noise whenever it boots up but it goes quiet after a few seconds so I assume thats normal.

First gaming pc I have ever owned. Runs well and really like the inclusion of both a hard drive and solid state drive. Have not used a PC to game since I was a teenager so seeing this play anything blows my mind. Only issue I have had so far is with activating my windows 10. The activation code is not on my PC so I have no way of finding it to input it.

I bought this pc to upgrade it but is seems more and more as if I don’t want to reading the reviews it has acted weird a couple of times but I updated the drivers and ever since the gpu fan hasn’t been revving as much so far after two weeks seems to be a quality product defiantly replace the power supply though.

I bought this as an upgrade from my old PC and a longer term project for my self and it runs very well. Occasionally the fans kick up a little louder but it runs really fast and smooth and it’s gaming performance does very well. Overall I don’t regret this at all!
