Just got the PC today and its was easy to install and start up. So far there has been 0 issues with anything. Its a great upgrade from my pc that was from 2011 haha. I would highly recommend this PC!

I’ve been using my CyberPowerPC for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed with the overall performance. The build quality feels sturdy, and the components are well put together. It runs smoothly for both everyday tasks and gaming, handling high settings without overheating or making too much noise. The cable management is clean, and the RGB lighting gives it a nice, sleek look without being over the top. Setup was straightforward, and I haven’t run into any major issues so far. It boots up quickly, loads games fast, and stays reliable during long sessions. Definitely a solid choice if you want a prebuilt PC that delivers good value and performance without a lot of hassle.

I bought this as a new gaming computer, and I'm pleased with the experience I've had thus far. The computer is very responsive and I've seen a lot of reduced lag time and better graphics than my old computer. Very quiet!

Pros: A great value for the build. Setup is as easy as it can be. Fast reliable PC. Solid build; well ventilated, well cooled. Fully upgradeable. Easy to add or upgrade new hardware. Runs quiet. RGBs are pretty. Cons: Not an incredibly powerful GPU; not going to play the latest or next-gen games. The case is glass and could break. I've been using the PC for about a month now, and I have no regrets with my purchase. So far, I have not had any issues whatsoever. It runs cool and quiet, even during longer gaming sessions. The 1tb SSD allows me plenty of space to store media. The CPU is adequate for my needs, as are the GPU. The setup was easy as it could have been. Literally plug n play, after the typical software updates. I mainly use it to play older games. I understand the limitations of the hardware, so that's not an issue for me. If/when I decide to start playing newer games on this machine, It will be easy enough to upgrade the hardware to something more modern, since the case is wide open and easily accessible. Overall a good buy. I only gave it 4 stars because a 6gb vram GPU would've been far more useful for a modern "gaming" PC than the 4gb chip it came with, which can only run last-gen games. (Not a big deal if that's what you play anyway)

5 stars only because of excellent Best Buy customer service. The first one I purchased had a bad GPU out of the box. I first contacted CyberPowerPC support and was simply instructed to ship the entire tower to them, at my expense, and they'd assess and repair for free. I packed it up and took it back to my local Best Buy, explained the situation, and the associate did a like for like exchange. The replacement works like a champ. Ultimately, if you are trying to decide on buying this direct from CyberPower or a retailer, stop right there, and go with Best Buy.

this was a gift from my dad and honestly it's a pretty solid first pc. it runs games like fortnite and minecraft really well and it looks cool with the rgb lights. i didn’t really know much about pcs before this but it’s been really easy to use and set up even my older brother who's a total pc nerd said it’s actually pretty good for a prebuilt. he looked inside and said the parts are decent and it’ll last me a while before needing upgrades. that surprised me cause he's super picky about computers lol overall i’m really happy with it and i’ve been having fun playing games on it. for anyone getting into gaming this is a good starting pc and it means a lot that my dad got it for me brother rating: “honestly like a 7.5 outta 10 for a prebuilt not bad at all”

CyberPowerPC gaming desktops are a very solid choice for gamers who want a high-performance, customizable PC without the hassle of building one themselves. Their configurators are powerful, their performance is competitive, and pricing can be very favorable compared to building from scratch — if you’re okay potentially dealing with support or component trade-offs. If I were in the market for a mid-to-high gaming desktop and didn’t want to assemble it myself, I'd strongly consider a CyberPowerPC, but I'd also make sure to choose a well-reviewed configuration and maybe spend a little extra on better PSU / parts to reduce risk.

As soon as you get this PC out of the box it’s a very easy set up. Once you get it set up it’s easy to understand. It’s very user-friendly. It’s got great graphics and it’s a great gaming PC. It’s got extras that you can download. You can even get a virtual assistant that can show up on your desktop and he can roam around randomly. It’s also a good buy. It’s a good computer for the price. Another great added feature is the lighting system. You can set it up to however you want it. If you listen to music

I bought this for my sons first gaming desktop. It was easy to set up. He loves it and says it's fast and gaming graphics is good.

For the price, it's a great pc if you're new to the gaming pc world. I love that it comes with a keyboard and mouse, those perform well too, and have great RGB customization options as well as the RGBs inside the pc too. I haven't had any trouble running games on it; the frame rate is good. The VRAM is a little low, but I would say it's good for most games, and could help you, over time, figure out what you may need personally for upgrades and what's important to your gaming preferences. But overall, really great pc and would recommend for a new pc

so far its been great it looks good runs great makes little to no noise the key board is very loud when using it lol but it didnt come with one of those soft clicking ones lol

Outrageously terrific. I'm 77 yrs old and didn't even know something so cool looking existed. I am getting more and more into graphic art with my scrapbooking. This PC is so fast downloading huge PNG files and so spacious to work on them. I am in heaven. Have a lot more to learn but I'd call this the Ultimate Dream Machine for sure. Love it!!

The pc was delivered very fast and in perfect condition; the delivery driver even helped get the box inside my house. I had no trouble getting it set up, and I got such a great deal through Best Buy! It has the capacity to run all the games I want, as well as run editing and work programs with no issues.
