I like it so much for gameing I would say it a good pc for your first one

runs perfectly and plays most games including GTAV

Gives Fatal Error message after 2.5 months and geek squad can’t repair. Best Buy won’t replace or ship it off to manufacturer and Cyberpower refuses to pay for shipping to them to get it repaired. Piece of junk and warranty is a joke. Insane that Best Buy will do nothing for an almost brand new computer that is under warranty for a year.

After about 4 weeks, this item had to be returned to the store where they were giving me a hard time, trying to charge me in upwards of $200 to repair it. I made them adhere to the fact that it was only 30 days old and they replaced the unit for me. We haven't had any problems since I'm hoping it stays that way

Definitely not as good as salesman made it seem. Told me it would do everything i need and then some. On top of that the price drops almost 100 dollars 2 weeks after. Definitely should have went to diy route because it seems ill be needing to upgrade just about every component

A trap for PC gamer novices. Marvel rivals is unplayable with the GPU in this rig. The GPU in this is generally weak, it can't run Fallout 76 at decent settings with decent FPS, like a console would.

I bought this CyberPowerPC with Ryzen 5 5500 and RX 6500 XT a few weeks ago, and so far it works great for the price. It’s fast, quiet, and ready to use right out of the box. Most games like Apex, Valorant, and Fortnite run smoothly at 1080p medium-high settings. The 1 TB SSD and 16 GB RAM are nice for everyday use and gaming. The only downside is the GPU — the RX 6500 XT isn’t very strong for newer or high-end games, so I might upgrade it later. Overall, it’s a good budget gaming PC for beginners or casual gamers who want something simple and reliable.

This pc is very glitchy. I have to constantly reboot. BT connection goes in and out, very short range. App crashes. It's been like this out of the box.

I didnt know what to expect since the PC was so cheap, $780, but so far its running great. Im in the process of downloading my games right now and its moving way faster than my old ps4, which it should be… but anyways, I could not get the side panel off at all, i was so confused since the instructions stated that there are two screws on the side panel. There is only one screw connecting the side panel to the top of the pc which you will need to unscrew, and the side panel will snap off towards you once you grab with the finger groove and pull. I thought i’d add this since I was having trouble with it. Otherwise, the setup process was super easy, just plugged into monitor, logged into windows and everything else. Love it so far! Keyboard amd mouse is great too, both pretty loud clicks for keys and left n right click on mouse though.

Just got the PC today and its was easy to install and start up. So far there has been 0 issues with anything. Its a great upgrade from my pc that was from 2011 haha. I would highly recommend this PC!

this was a gift from my dad and honestly it's a pretty solid first pc. it runs games like fortnite and minecraft really well and it looks cool with the rgb lights. i didn’t really know much about pcs before this but it’s been really easy to use and set up even my older brother who's a total pc nerd said it’s actually pretty good for a prebuilt. he looked inside and said the parts are decent and it’ll last me a while before needing upgrades. that surprised me cause he's super picky about computers lol overall i’m really happy with it and i’ve been having fun playing games on it. for anyone getting into gaming this is a good starting pc and it means a lot that my dad got it for me brother rating: “honestly like a 7.5 outta 10 for a prebuilt not bad at all”
