It's not the best choice but it's not too bad for the price. I wouldn't recommend for high performance gaming.

Gives Fatal Error message after 2.5 months and geek squad can’t repair. Best Buy won’t replace or ship it off to manufacturer and Cyberpower refuses to pay for shipping to them to get it repaired. Piece of junk and warranty is a joke. Insane that Best Buy will do nothing for an almost brand new computer that is under warranty for a year.

After about 4 weeks, this item had to be returned to the store where they were giving me a hard time, trying to charge me in upwards of $200 to repair it. I made them adhere to the fact that it was only 30 days old and they replaced the unit for me. We haven't had any problems since I'm hoping it stays that way

Definitely not as good as salesman made it seem. Told me it would do everything i need and then some. On top of that the price drops almost 100 dollars 2 weeks after. Definitely should have went to diy route because it seems ill be needing to upgrade just about every component

A trap for PC gamer novices. Marvel rivals is unplayable with the GPU in this rig. The GPU in this is generally weak, it can't run Fallout 76 at decent settings with decent FPS, like a console would.

This pc is very glitchy. I have to constantly reboot. BT connection goes in and out, very short range. App crashes. It's been like this out of the box.

This desktop is honestly very good for a starter pc. It boots things pretty fast, fans aren't loud at all and can handle 1080p gaming without much issue. The CPU is strong for multitasking, and the 16GB RAM + fast SSD keeps everything smooth. I didn’t have to tweak anything to get good performance, it just worked out of the box. The build looks clean, has upgrade room, and the system stays cool under load. The graphics card isn't really meant for ultra-high settings on every new game but that's what upgrading is for. Overall, for the price of the whole PC, it does its job well.

I'm not a gamer; I'm a "hard" multi-tasker and needed a Windows 11 desktop to handle what I do. The glass panels are very aesthetic. The 5 internal fans are lit in multi colors. It's quiet, too! It came with 16G RAM, and I added 16 more, so it's VERY fast. Use the FN key and then "9" to keep the keyboard lit. The mouse blinks (multi colors). The 4G video card suffices; heavy gamers might want something more powerful. All in all, for the price, this is a great buy.

This is my 3rd Cyber Power gaming pc. Went to the website to build a decent gaming PC on a budget as I am not a hardcore gamer, but I did want a PC that would look great and perform fast. Bootup time is about 4-5 seconds and display is great. Found this one on BestBuy and had all the features I needed for almost 200 less than almost the exact same features I custom built on the Cyber power site. Love this PC and how fast it is. So far, I am able to play Modern Warfare with no issues, and the lighting is awesome and customizable.
