Although the specs are not the latest, it's pretty good for being my first gaming PC. I don't know much on how to build a PC but this one is doing well so far and was on sale for a good price. Runs games like Overwatch and Apex Legends on high with at least 60 FPS. The RGB color and liquid cooling system are great and work flawlessly. Lost a star because the 240 GB SSD did not show up in my Devices and drives, and therefore inaccessible, even though it shows up in my disk management with a healthy partition. Not sure how to fix it.

The system runs smoothly and is pretty streamlined. I suggest redoing the partitions for the OS as that freezes sometimes but otherwise it works beautifully!

quick to set up and get running, but could not see the SSD in "my computer." over an hour on phone before they realized the AMD chipset supported background SSD management. (guess can disable, but really no idea this was even happening.) took a while to figure how to subdue the case lights, but guess have to pull the plug to disable them completely. (again, no instructions....) data transfer a nightmare, but probably because the data transfer utility recommended took hours to run and never got finished. (but got over my $40 in hours of phone support. got a few things was not expecting, like liquid cooling. Large case (good for me, but some might find it bigger than what they are used to.) but allows great vent and cooling even beyond the liquid cooling on CPU. No CD/DVD drive (typical on gaming units, but be sure to grab an extra one if transferring CD's). Just a warning to pay attention to us old folks.... no issues so far.

Just received this yesterday and i was impressed of how much it could handle. Only issue I am having is sometimes the system will turn off, almost flicker, I've read that the power supply isn't as great as it should be and I can confirm that this is true! Ordered on off of Amazon and will see if that the issue. Also cable management could be better but that an easy fix. I am happy with the product overall and hope to use if for a while.

I recently bought this. Out of the box, I fired up the thing and it worked. It had worked as I expected it to, with excellent results for 1 thousand dollars. The only thing, though, is that my ssd did not appear on the computer. So, I plugged the sata cables again, but it did not seem to work. I think the power cable could be a problem. Anyway, I'm sure they can fix this.

Had this one for about a month. Only issue I have is the monitor will cut out because of the video card. I think it is some conflict between the card and the drivers but I'm not sure. However when it is working, works like a charm

Overall this is my first gaming desktop and it has been okay. Prepare for a lot of research because you only get a couple of papers and the left in the air. Liquid and fan cooling. No disc drive. Plays games such as Ark on normal graphics fine. It has got a little warm now and then.

Originally I bought the GMA3800BST but then I returned it for this one because this one went on sale. This PC is great for gaming. I can play games like Rainbow Six Siege on max settings and still get 100-170FPS. The CPU is water-cooled so that's really nice. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because 1. When I got home from picking up this PC and took it out of the box I noticed one of the screws that holds the feet onto the pc was missing, No big deal. I called Cyberpower and they are sending me a replacement screw for free. 2.The connectors to the lights for the fans where disconnected, probably due to shipping. I plugged them right in again but a less "tech savvy" person wouldn't have the slightest clue of how to do that and that happens often, I see others reviews about it saying the connectors where disconnected. Overall it is a great PC for gaming, streaming, VR, Or for office work or school work when needed. P.S. You need to update all the drivers and install the windows updates before using this PC, it may be pre-build but you still need to make sure everything is up-to-date to make sure it runs smoothly.

I needed a PC for Grapghics work. This so far been really good at running ny graphics program vary fat ere’s why I recommend it: • This PC runs extremely well and is very quick. • AMD Storage MI enabled which is nice for quick startups and file maintenance. • M2 slots to add NVME drives • Decent video card • Nice case and runs quiet when not running at full tilt The reason I gave it 4 stars and not five: • The docmentation is weak, with little information on upgrades and nothing about the inputs on top of the comuter. Overall I would recommend this for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend this for a novice as you have to remove the case cover to remove the packing material utilized to keep the insides safe. This is very trivial, but can be intimidating to someone who have never done this before. Maybe Best Buy can do this for you without charging an arm and a leg.

I needed a PC for photo and video editing and I believe this was the best bang for the buck. I haven’t used windows in over 10 years as Mac’s have been my main go-to computer, and they have been great, however, future upgrades are almost non-existent now and I wanted something I could upgrade down the road. Here’s why I recommend it: • This PC runs extremely well and is very quick. • AMD Storage MI enabled which is nice for quick startups and file maintenance. • M2 slots to add NVME drives • Decent video card • Nice case and runs quiet when not running at full tilt • Liquid cooling is sweet and should help to keep things cool, although it’s not mentioned on the specs on best buy’s website • No bloatware. There isn’t a million apps loaded that will bog the machine down • Overclocking is simple, if you’re into that kinda thing • Customizable and upgradeable for years to come. You don’t get that with a Mac. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not five: • The video card runs very well, however it is not quiet by any means when putting it through it’s paces. Not necessarily a deal breaker, just know that it will scare the cat. • The RGB lights on one of the case fans was not working. I have a very long history in computing so I wasn’t afraid to get my hands dirty. One of the connections on the RGB controller was loose. I plugged the power supply back in and VIOLA! I realize this could have happened in transit from the factory to my house, however, the connections are not top notch, nor was it secured by thermal tape. • I am purchased an NVMe drive, however, the screws for the M2 slot are missing. The only accessory that came from the CyberPowerPC was the Motherboard CD (these screws are included with the motherboard, but they didn't find their way to me). Finding M2 screws locally is not an easy task so I may have to spend money to order online as Best Buy couldn’t get any for me.

I bought this computer yesterday and I am overall impressed with its performance. Sometimes the computer randomly lags but that is pretty rare. I get 100 frames while streaming so I'm fairly happy with this purchase.

I had bought this computer roughly 2 weeks ago. At first it worked fine. Booted up nicely and all, but during my steam download the computer crashed. This has happened a few times since then and last night it froze and crashed about 4 times. Once I can figure out how to fix this the computer deserves a 5 star rating though.
