It’s a awesome pc runs games smoothly but the graphics card heats up quickly!

We bought this for my son for Christmas. This is his first gaming PC so I did a lot of research and asked around. Staff at Best Buy were super knowledgeable and great to work with. So far this machine is amazing. Games look great and he's really enjoying all the games available. Get this PC you won't regret it!

What a great machine, and for the price I was amazed. I could NOT have built this machine for the same cost, not even close. When I received it, I opened it up and I was amazed at how well the machine was assembled. From Cable Managements, to the RGB hookup, I was impressed!

We typically build our own PC's from components. This was so much easier. Very impressed with the quality of the parts inside this Cyberpower prebuilt unit. Fans and water-cooling keep us cool during intense video editing and game play.

Came way quicker than we thought, the setup was easy, and it runs well! The lighting is good but the case is big, but this could be for extra things also. Excited to see how liquid cooling works! Good to excellent value for sure. The only knock is not a ton of USB ports in the back.

Great computer. Liquid cool makes it run super quiet. When shipped there was a connector for the LED fans that became disconnected. It is located behind the right side panel. Was easy to plug back in, so no worries.

Poor on Bestbuy and their tech support. I bought this very exp comp and paid Bestbuy to transfer my data from old comp. Even after that and having it 24 hours they gave me my comp with no Nvidia or driver installed. They knew it but gave it to me anyway. I paid 220 for a yr of tech support and 2 different agents had no idea how to find the drivers or install them. I had to spend way too much of my own time finding the website and figuring out how to install the driver and nvidia. For what I paid this should have been corrected immediately. I complained to Bestbuy who could not care less. I'm a platinum member because of the money I spend there and get treated like this also why am I paying over 200 for tech support when 2 agents had no idea how to find and install a missing driver. Cyberpower took no responsibility either and only said it was up to Bestbuy to know what to don. I'm extremely upset at Bestbuy and Cyberpower.

Great pc, fans a little loud, haven’t had any issue!

I love my new Gaming desktop. This is my first gaming desktop the switch between console to desktop was quite simple everything was plug and play easy setup .It was Great purchase for a beginner like myself. Really enjoy everything that comes with it out of the box.

I've bought several PC's from cyberpower and have never been disappointed. This is a nice upgrade from my last pc. Cables are tucked away nicely and tower looks amazing. I like the fact that the fans have filters over the vent holes to catch dust and debris.

picked this up right after Christmas works great at first, then this morning it decided to not turn on windows, nothing but a black screen. took it back to best buy and they were no help, wanted to charge me to look at it and wait 4 hours for the next geek, trying to get ahold of cyberpower for help tommorrow

I experienced a computer failure and needed a replacement ASAP. David O. was very helpful in helping me determine the best system for me. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've only had the computer a day now, but, it is exceeding my expectations...

Will okay any game at top settings with no issues. However, I have to give it three stars because it keeps crashing. Not sure what the issue is as it’s inconsistent when it does it. It’s under warranty so will take it in for Geek Squad to review.

I bought this in $1200 and it worth the money. It's a good PC for beginners to play all kind of the game. It run very smooth with AMD Ryzen 7 3700x. I really love it. I highly recommend this PC for everyone.

So far I would only say about a different SSD and Ram. The computer works but I have not heard amazing reviews in terms of Adata. So we shall find out. :). Regardless, It runs all the games I want at the highest resolution with no lag. Still testing!

I have a 2k monitor and this computer pushes FPS games just fine. Medium graphic settings and I have no problem staying about 140 fps

Loving the PC even after a year of purchase. I was welcomed to the PC master race with this pre build, I do not regret it. Cant go back to console after this beast.

This computer is more than anything I would ever need. Great price and extremely reliable. It can handle any game I have thrown it’s way.

The computer in a good gaming pc. It was a Christmas gift for my son no complaints yet but I did notice that the RGB light on one of the fan wasn’t working straight out of the box. The fan works well it’s just the light.

Great PC for a beginner who wants to game and stream at the same time. One of the fan lights was unplugged when I opened the box, but only took a minute to plug back in.
